The service was a bit slow (there didn't seem to be any real sense of urgency nor attentiveness), but the waiter was friendly and polite when he did interact with our table. I wish there was a way to give half stars because I feel as if the experience was more deserving of a 3.5.EDIT: I changed my rating to 4-stars. The experience, overall, was better than I had expected from an Applebee's. Myself & the company with me all enjoyed our food and had no major issues (the service was slow but in no way was it the end of the world). The initial 3 stars that I gave felt too critical after seeing how the restaurant responded, and I certainly appreciate the response — especially one that came so quickly following my review. 4 is certainly the more appropriate rating to give here as most of the experience was above being just average.

My recent visit to Applebee's Montrose on 03/06/2024 was nothing short of a disaster, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. My party and I endured an appalling level of service and witnessed unprofessional behavior from the staff that left us shocked and dismayed.Upon entering, it was evident that something was terribly wrong. They told us they were told to turn the heat down because the kitchen was too hot 82 degrees; especially with our party. We about froze. Despite spending $300, we endured an agonizingly long wait for our orders. Shockingly, it took an outrageous 71 minutes before we received our first appetizer. This level of incompetence is utterly unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment.As if the delays weren’t bad enough, our attempts to address the issue with the manager, Sabrina, were met with outright hostility. Instead of acknowledging our concerns, Sabrina proceeded to scream at us and forcibly ejected us from the premises. It was as if she couldn’t handle any form of constructive criticism and resorted to intimidation tactics to silence us.What’s worse is that our concerns were completely valid. We were simply trying to communicate the numerous lapses in service quality, but instead of taking responsibility, the staff chose to attack us. It was a complete and utter disregard for customer satisfaction.Adding insult to injury, it became apparent that the manager, Sabrina, spent the majority of our wait time attending to personal matters, such as cooking dinner for her family, who entered way later than our party. This negligence is simply inexcusable and demonstrates a lack of dedication to her role and responsibilities.Furthermore, the behavior exhibited by server Morgan only exacerbated the situation, as they actively contributed to the hostility and tension throughout our ordeal. To make matters worse, bartender Ryan threatened to involve the authorities, further escalating the situation unnecessarily.Needless to say, not only did we endure excruciatingly long wait times, but we also never received the food we ordered. It is appalling that we paid $300 and left hungry and thoroughly dissatisfied with the entire experience.In conclusion, if you value your time and money, steer clear of Applebee's Montrose. The abysmal service, unprofessional conduct, and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction make it a regrettable dining choice. I wouldn't even grant this establishment a single star if given the option.Wheelchair accessibility: Despite informing the establishment 20 minutes in advance of the need for wheelchair-accessible seating near ramps, the party had to wait an additional 25 minutes upon arrival. When asking for suitable seating, they were directed to a cramped corner with difficult angles, making it challenging to maneuver the wheelchair. They requested seating near a ramp by the kitchen, where there was ample space for their party and accessibility for the wheelchair. However, they felt disregarded and treated as a nuisance by the staff.

We went during lunch yet there was only one waitress (who was also the hostess) and the bartender out front. The food was alright, an order got mixed up but they were very amiable about correcting it. However, although we were one of the less than five parties in the restaurant, we had a hard time getting service as the waitress was in the kitchen the majority of the time.Side note, it was freezing in the restaurant! We kept our coats on the entire time and were still chilly.

Food was about as good as Applebee's gets service and atmosphere was good.But I was asked to disarm myself before I walked in with a Faceless sign sounds as if Applebee's wants to make sure all their customers are sheep ripe for the picking there was no security provided it's just a shame when a corporation can change the constitution for their own agendas at the same time playing games with peoples life's I always thought Applebee's was a great place to eat it's a shame I won't be able to go back anymore but my Family's safety has to come first over convenience!Parking: Decent size lot not very well lit at night definitely lack of security
We got in around 2 pm no line and seated right away. It wasn't messy or too crowded. My boyfriend was antsy and kind of just wished someone would have gotten our drinks out a bit quicker but I was more patient. He ordered an appetizer and someone else brought it out and gave extra napkins. We were able to finish the boneless wings appetizer without feeling rushed by the time our meals came out. Both of meals were delicious and we cleared our plates. Only complaint there is that they didn't stay warm for very long( and we aren't slow eaters ). But it's okay though, not going to stop me from going there! We both left so full!

This location was absolutely awful. We had two orders of food- both were incorrect. It took over 25 minutes to get our drinks, and then we sat for 30 minutes just waiting for our checks. We were not the only table with issues - it was very noticeable that nearly every table was getting the wrong food. I ordered Mac and cheese and got noodles with Alfredo sauce. Just avoid this location.
