It has been a while since I had pulled pork tacos that tasted this good. No fat in the meat. It all tasted very

Experienced BDSM at Hardesty Part Food Truck Fest. Haven’t stopped thinking about the brisket sandwich. Not to mention they were kind as ever. Will be looking forward to the next time we can indulge in the best damn smoked meats.

OH MY LORD! I got a brisket sandwich at the Akron art walk and it was the best brisket I've ever had in my life! I will definitely be making a trip out to their store in the future! 100/10

Had the pleasure of getting GREAT BBQ after work today from BDSM. The guy working was very friendly and did a fantastic job. You really need to go out of your way to find this food truck- everything I ordered was delicious and the prices are more than fair. The O.G. sandwich is my favorite so far!

The name says it all. Chef Mike KNOWS his meats! The brisket is a must-try, along with the mustard-based potato salad (the ONLY potato salad I have ever liked) and old-school cabbage & noodles. BDSM does not miss!

Unbelievable! Had the mongo melt with collard greens and pimento cheese which just hit the spot and a craving I didn't know I had. Also the cabbage and noodles which was just perfect.. And baklava that just melted in your mouth absolutely incredible.

I've had food from this place at two separate street fairs now and I'm ready to start stalking them at least once a week. Their street tacos are to die for and the sides are some of the best around. Love the vinegar-based coleslaw and I could probably eat a bucket of their "noods" (noodles and cabbage with real bacon bits) by themselves.

Have tried both the pulled pork and the smoked brisket, both great sandwiches and delicious sides!
Best Damn Smoked Meats food truck is a true gem in the Akron area. This food truck has quickly become a favorite among locals, and it's easy to see why.First and foremost, the Texas brisket is an absolute standout. With a perfectly smoky flavor and a melt-in-your-mouth texture, this brisket is truly something special. It's clear that the owner takes pride in the quality of the meat, as each bite is packed with flavor and tenderness. But it's not just the brisket that's worth trying. The menu is full of delicious options, including the OG pulled pork sandwich, which is a classic that's hard to beat. The sides are also noteworthy, with options like big Vee's semi-famous vinegar coleslaw and cabbage and noodles, but my personal favorite is the potato salad. It has the perfect balance of creaminess and tanginess, with just the right amount of seasoning and dill. The food truck has an eye-catching design, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Despite being only a year old, this food truck has already become a North Akron food staple, and it's easy to see why. The quality of the meats and sides is outstanding, and the owner's passion for his craft is evident in every dish. The only minor critique is that the coleslaw could be a little more flavorful, but it's still a solid side dish that complements the meat well.Overall, if you're looking for delicious and authentic barbecue in the Akron area, Best Damn Smoked Meats food truck is a must-visit. The Texas brisket alone is worth the trip, but the entire menu is full of tasty and satisfying dishes.

I got the OG with coleslaw, and my girlfriend got the brisket with collard greens. It was all great with friendly service, and reasonable prices
