The "milk shake" was the worst thing I've ever witnessed in my life. Was told this place had the best burgers in town by a friend, maybe it was true years ago but it's not true today. Seems like they treat their staff badly too.

I was here on St.Patty’s day, I was hungry and tipsy, I go up to the Bobs Hamburg kiosk and order a burger n fries. This burger shoulda came with bottle service for how good it was. I had to ask what the cooks name was and what days he worked. His name is Nate, if you’re at Rays and Nate is cooking, do you a favor and ORDER FOOD!

They used to have fair prices for their food. They've raised their prices and the quality is no longer anywhere near the price. For over $12 per hamburger the quality better be phenomenal. This place has gone over a cliff. Maybe they got too popular and thought their food was better than it actually is? Whatever the case, it's not worth the money to go here anymore. There are far superior places for the price. KNOW YOUR PLACE!

If you ever been to Akron Ohio or if you ever plan on going to Akron Ohio you have to try one of Akron's most famous and historic restaurants Bob hamburger this restaurant is amazing I have the old locations although it is change owners many times over the years it has never sacrifice tease or quality of ingredients that hamburgers are truly mouthwatering and will leave you craving another one in the front for some of the best friend from Riverhead they are my favorite kind the carnival style and cut French fries and they give you a big helping to truly appreciate Akron and understand its history I encourage everyone to be this wonderful amazing restaurant

The Burger was decent, nothing special. The bun is cheap and not very good. The milkshake...isn't a milkshake. It's like an icey whipped milk with a little sugar in it. Hard to explain but it's not good, no vanilla, just bland. The fries are pretty good but too much salt. The chicken was kinda tough and the breading had no real flavor to it. Honestly why would I get this over much better options in the area.

We had two burgers with pizza bites and onion rings on the side. Everything was great except the onion rings. They came out the first time all lumped together, almost in a ball. We took them back because they were undercooked and missing a lot of breading. Our second time around was clearly the same onion rings, refried to excess. Inedible, at best. Disappointed with the onion rings and how that was handled. Otherwise, everything was as it should be.

Don't even like them, but at least I can order off a menu.Weak.Bummer.If this isn't correct fix your Google listing. Customer service was horrible, they forgot to place my order over the phone. When I got there they got an attitude with me and said I never really placed an order I just called and asked questions but over the phone the person who took my order said 15 to 20 minutes. I even had her read my order back to me. After explaining that to the cook who was screaming at me he got frustrated and said I called the wrong store. But it was the same number I call whenever I order from bobs burger in Ray's Pub. So I called the number infront of him from my call history, he screamed at me again and said "Dude I get it it" then walked back to the kitchen and never took my order. So I went to Mr Zubs had great service and great food. I don't recommend this place until they get better and more responsible staff.

we got there at 348 and was told they were closed at 4. and they turned us away. apparently they closed at 348 when we got there. if I was owner and my employees turned people away before our closing time of 4 I would be replacing some employees. apparently they don't need my business so I will go elsewhere and never recommend them. they were ran alot better by previous owners.
The burger and cheesesticks were top notch! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a good burger

I was a little skeptical when I heard that there was a new "Bob's Hamburg" in town. For anyone that doesn't know, the original Bob's Hamburg on East Avenue is an iconic eatery in Akron. Tiny 1930's style restaurant, with a super small flat top that I think was original to the restaurant, a small bar you can eat at, and maybe 3-4 booths. Get there early, because it fills up quick! Great, GREAT burgers, amazing onion rings, root beer float... really everything you could want in a little dive. Come for the burgers, stay for the ambiance! So again, skeptical when I heard they had a new location. It's never quite the same. Well, I am happy to report that our experience with the food at the new location was spectacular! I had a double cheeseburger with fries, and my wife had a single. And even though it was carry out, WOW! Still surprisingly hot when we got it home! I was a bit disappointed when I opened the wrapper, as it appeared that my burger was much smaller than I remember, but lemme tell ya... I don't know if it got squished during transit, or what, but that baby was an absolute meal in itself! Juicy, thin patties but not smash burger style quite, melty American cheese.......... Sorry for the pause, but my mouth was watering again... the only "knock" I could come up with is my bun somewhat became homogeneous with the burger, but hey, it traveled a while, lol. Not their fault at all. So I bit into it, and the juices literally ran down my hand. And, my goodness, what's this? A tiny little shop that slings burgers, and they are actually cooked the way you ordered? Well good night! But I kid you not, my burger was cooked just the way I ordered it. Slightly pink in the middle, griddled and browned crisp on the outside. And then there's the fries! Fresh cut, but somewhat thicker than other places, and not a hint of sogginess to them. Classic fry crunch then smooth potatoey center, and just the right hint of salt. Nicely done Bob's!

I was blown away! I ordered with an online service and the burgers delivered to me were some of the best burgers I have ever had! The cheesesticks were also top notch. With all honestly, Bob's rodeo burger smacked Five Guys upside the head and stole their lunch money.
