The manager is rude the food is nasty and soggy and the people working behind the counter have bad attitudes. I wouldn’t ever eat here again, I went through drive through and they messed up the whole order and had missing items. Any place is better than the BK on the west side.

? NASTY MANAGER ? So today I ordered from Burger King the items I got were too spicy wraps, a plain cheeseburger with a little bit of mustard and an eight piece nugget. The door dasher delivered it in good condition the bag was unopened and sealed, When I open the bag and open my daughter’s burger, it was sloppy and messy and doused in mustard. It was inedible, on top of that they forgot my son’s chicken nuggets. I ended up throwing away the burger and we snacked on the fries not only that, the spicy chicken wraps were soggy. The lettuce was wilted. It just was gross ‼️ So then, I ordered from McDonald’s and we got a double cheeseburger plain, this time With a 10 piece nugget, two barbecue sauces, and a large french fry. EVERYTHING WE GOT FROM MCDONALDS WAS SO HOT AND FRESH!!!!! What truly made me happy was that McDonald’s actually Made my daughter sandwich the way she likes it and didn’t forget my son’s chicken nuggets and the large french fries were hot. The chicken nuggets were hot and cheeseburger was fresh and hot. I’m telling you just for that couple dollars McDonald’s across the street is way better than this place. On top of that I just wanted to let you know that I also called Burger King and asked to speak with Manager is sounded like a white lady so she said this is she, So then I say what had happened and she just kept repeating the same question you have to go through DoorDash even though I told her she needs to hire a new team or they need new management because what I got delivered was disgusting and a waste of my money As a manager, those things should not be happening. And I’m pretty sure the people who are making the food be great because Manager is also not great. She tried to blame the DoorDash for making the messy sandwich and tried to blame the DoorDash for having no chicken nuggets in my bag but like I said, the bag was sealed completely. So she didn’t say anything and hung up. Thunder???????????????????????
