Pulled up to get order sat for 3 minutes with no one on line. Finally get waited on. Get to the window to pay. The cashier opens the window and pot smell just comes rolling out the window as soon as it opens. We pay. Pull up to grab food. Start to go to pull out of parking lot and half the order missing. Guess the pot heads got the munchies. Won't be back.

Worst customer service , Jan 25th 2024 at about 915 am , idk what was wrong with that girl but her attitude was disgusting, ? I pulled up and said hello , I got ignored as I handed her my card. She then slammed the window in my face smh .. she then opened it and gave me my card and drinks , handed me my food and as I said thank you so much have a nice day , she again ignored me and slammed the window in my face yet again , horrible customer service at its finest , IF YOUR JOB IS THAT BAD THAT YOU HAVE TO TREAT PPL WITH DISRESPECT YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD

Unreliable and thoroughly disappointing. After my order was completely botched, I called in and spoke with a manager. He said to bring the receipt next time I was there and they'd replace the order. Apparently their method for reconciling that involves only writing your name in a book. When I requested my replacement order, I was told my name wasn't there and the manager would not allow my order to be remade or refunded.Hopefully their posted wages will attract staff who know how to count to two and managers who can use a computer.
