Immediately after I left they called me and left a voicemail that I had left my card and to bring my ID so they could make sure. I came back immediately and they gave me my card. “We showed up unannounced at 9pm last night with a bus of 25 students after Taco Bell told us we could come and then closed right when we arrived. They were extremely polite and did a great job filling 25 orders quickly and correctly. I feel like this kind of service is rare and it was a great experience. I wish I got the names of the people working because they did a great job. Highly recommended.“
“speedy service, accurate orders kindness of employees greetings and thank yous I use to go to another KFC then I tried this place. 3rd time in stopped in drive thru had atleast 10 cars infront of me cause I was stuck on 224 waiting to get into driveway lol. i was in and out under 8 minutes. I couldn't believe it. same thing my 2nd and 3rd time at this one. this place has it right. the know what they doing. and do it well. they need to train the other stores.“
“A wonderful staple of Stow. Always prompt, courteous, and I love that they give you a slice of the pizza if the month with your order! It's usually something interesting that I wouldn't normally gravitate to, but after taste testing am always glad I did! Also, they show you your pie ( or any order) on pickup to make sure you get what you wanted. Very nice touch . Highly recommend Trying them if you've never been there!“
“We don't have these where I'm from (near Rochester, NY) so I decided to stop in and see if the hype was real. Not disappointed! The chicken was a good mix of crispy, tender, and flavorful- there were a few mystery bits, but that just adds to the authenticity. The sauce had some interesting spices beyond the expected ketchup and mayo. The toast was a welcome addition, and the coleslaw was actually a standout. The fries were just ok. I've been to chicken places like Popeyes and KFC, but not frequently- that being said, I think the food here ranks slightly above what they serve. The server was beyond friendly, which is definitely no longer the norm at fast food joints. The atmosphere was somewhere between a disco, a warehouse, and a loft apartment in NYC- disjointed, but at least clean. I try to eat healthy, but the next time I'm craving a greasy snack I will consider Canes.“
“Was deciding to have Panera Bread or here since I was driving from working overnight and didn’t want to get out my car. Chose you all. Was disappointed, biscuit was dry & a little on the hard side. Plus I wanted to sign up for the free sandwich but the receipt wasn’t printed correctly so part of the serial number was missing. Not the end of the world but when you’re tired from work and want to have something to eat quickly from a place that is known for that quick satisfying meal & it’s not, it’s disappointing.“
“This was the first time me and my husband dining in the store. We felt like we were in a fine dining restaurant instead of a fast food place. We kept telling each other about the good things we observed about Chick-fil-A from entering the door until we reached the car. lol All the staff we encountered greeted and smiled at us. The place was clean even on the tables. The ordering process was simple and smooth. The staff sent food to our table and picked up the trash we left , another one came to ask if we need a refill, and later asked if everything is okay. They are so caring to the kids too and like to chat to the customers. I felt bad that I didn’t leave tips. After our meal, they removed everything from our table so we are good to go. The staff certainly did above and beyond and this was my best experience in a fast food restaurant. Btw the drive through is also very fast and smooth even there are always lots of cars! Chick-fil-A is the best.“
“Dated building. Fried chicken dinners were very good. The chicken flavor was good, coating was light and crispy. The side dishes were ample. I would go to this restaurant again.Wheelchair accessibility: Designated parking spaces, one level, ample room around tables. Restrooms were not accessible.“
“l have been chasing the first high of KFC for far too long and can't seem to catch it. I have had enough and from this day forward, I reject KFC, I vow to keep driving by even when the strong urge to turn up in there comes over me. I'm not wasting my money again on pretty much horrible chicken IMO and with ALWAYS broken bone in the wing drumette. ?“
“Catered box lunch and salad at place of employment. Process was smooth with Lashawn who took my order at their central phone number and was delivered on time today. Everyone enjoyed their meal and was supplied with plenty of sets of cutlery, cups and dressing. Delivery is free when the order is over $250.. No other restaurant has inhouse catering.. All rely on companies who grossly upcharge. New go to when I'm in Akron.“
