Eggrolls were inedible, they were so bad. My wife got food poisoning and they won’t refund our money unless we return the food that we dumped in the trash last night. The pepper steak and chicken tasted ok but we will never set foot in there ever again.

I actually don’t know how there is good reviews, the fried rice was just white rice covered in soy sauce. The sesame chicken tastes like cigarettes. The customer service was awful. It’s a no for me.

The food was lower than subpar. My chicken lo-mein was very dry and had no flavor. The wontons aren't anything special either. Didn't think I'd need soy sauce, but I guess I was wrong. The lady on the phone was very nice though, wonderful service.
My new favorite for Chinese. Singapore noodles and lo mein were excellent. Can't wait to try more of the veg specialties.

My Szechuan chicken was very good especially liked the sauce. The egg rolls were very good. They are very nice inside but there's not much seating available anymore I guess from the previous pandemic.

This is the best Chinese food in NE Ohio. It’s so delicious. The vegetables are plentiful and always taste super fresh. Their vegetable soup is so simple yet so amazing. I pick up Chin’s food whenever I’m in the Akron area.Vegetarian options: Love their vegetable soup, vegetable egg foo young and veggie egg rolls.

I am gluten intolerant (not celiac) and was struggling to find a Chinese restaurant with options for gluten free take out Chinese. The staff at Chin’s was so friendly and shared how they are able to make gluten free options. I was able to enjoy Seasame chicken, general tso, pork fried rice and chow mei fun. The food is delicious and I’m so happy to have a gluten free option!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free

I ordered the general tso tofu. It was very spicy. Literally made my nose run. It was very bland as well. The presentation was not great upon opening the bag. The woman who answered the phone and the woman at the counter were not very friendly, considering this is a customer service oriented establishment (or at least I thought so anyway). Def not returning.
