The food is always good but I’m getting tired of y’all running out of vinaigrette. Every time I try to get food from here y’all never have vinaigrette. It’s making y’all lose customers. Please stock up on the vinaigrette!

Very very very disappointed ? I spent over $50 asked for 3 hard tacos got soft tacos instead.. ordered 2 steak burritos got one chicken and one steak.. would of drove the food back myself but we had it delivered through door dash because my husband had to be up for work at 430 in the morning. So he did eat two of his tacos and I gave him my burrito.. but I'll never order from this location again.. then I get a email telling me to reply to a website and it's a robot nice try nice try. ? ?

Everytime I come to the place they are out something ! ALWAYS especially vinegarette sauce. The workers act like don’t care about stocking up on things it’s 12 in the afternoon how are you out of stuff already and the day just started. Then you can’t pay in cash unless you have exact amount they are out of change I guess I’m over this place .

Very disappointed in my experience at this chipotle. I ordered online a quesadilla meal for an adult and a child. My order had a 25 min wait. When I arrived at the restaurant, they told me they didn’t fulfill my order because they ran out of cheese and I needed to cancel the order myself via the app. I was very taken back, another employee came to issue me a refund via the card it was placed on. I’m confused why the employees wouldn’t contact the customer before arrival if they couldn’t fulfill the entire order. Such a waste of time and left hangry.

do not recommend going to, unless you stop in before 9 (they close at 11). they’ll tell you they’re out of everything but salsa, so they don’t have to make anything else before close.

This chipotle is the most hit or miss I’ve ever seen. I’ve lived in Akron for 2 years and it is never consistent. You can go and get the best food with the best quantity and best service, or you get what happened tonight. They were out of brown rice, sour cream, pinto beans, almost every meat, corn salsa, and chips. I went to use my freepotle chips because the freepotle was finally a good option and the one night I go, half the products aren’t available. I was also charged 15 dollars for a barbacoa bowl with a side tortilla and my lid said “B2” on it. I did not ask for double meat, so I believe I was wrongfully charged for double meat unless prices are not consistent with the menu in the store. I don’t like complaining but tonight was ridiculous.

Honestly never getting food from here again people can’t even follow the most simple instructions when you don’t ask for sour cream but they still put it on you can’t read a simple order I guess that’s why you working at chipotle. It’s not even a normal amount of sour cream either it’s 1/2 a bottle of sour cream….. I recommend

Poor experience, they had enough time to print a paper about how they were out of chips and post it but didn’t have enough time to clean the chips and Corn off the dinning room floor. They were out of corn and steak aswell which is a bummer but who cares. My main problem was the protein was pretty much nothing but fat, my tortilla was kinda hard to tear and it was rolled horribly. I’m not here to make petty complaints I just want my payed for food done right!! Whoever owns this store needs to get rid of everyone, clean it and get some folks who care about their job. I just knew it was gonna be a bad experience from the moment I walked in.
