Placed an online order- I can count the pieces of chicken on one hand in my chicken bowl. No extra rice like I asked for.When I walked in to pick up the order, they all watched me walk in and then stand there waiting for their conversation to be over. Employee looks at me and says “name?”I said sorry to interrupt, but it’s Brittany Moreno.I usually order at the Franks Parkway Chipotle driving past this one on Arlington to get better food and service.

Since everything is relative I’m giving Chipotle a five because the Akron food scene sucks. It’s a symbol of what’s wrong with America-it has every fast “food” trough possible. Chipotle is sold but it’s only a beauty queen because it is next to a bunch of pigs.

I placed an order online for delivery & received a call saying they were out of steak for my bowl & offered to add some extra chicken into my bowl. The girl on the phone was so so very sweet & I wish I knew her name so I could give her the credit she deserves for being such an angel. She even left a note in my bag apologizing for the inconvenience. Amazinngggg customer service give this girl a raise or something.

I paid $1.50 more going in the restaurant than I would have online just because I ordered sour cream and green salsa on the side. This is normally free as I just didn’t want it on my bowl to make my bowl soggy. But when I added online, there’s no extra cost.

Came in at 10:45 when they opened today and got 2 bowls with a Tortilla shell on the side. I opened up the foil that the Tortilla was in and it smelled musty, when looking closer there were multiple circles of green that looked and smelled like mold on the tortilla.

Tonight I went to get food here. A bowl.I had no beans or rice. Asked for double meat and they barely gave any meat. All they say is sorry.I usually come to them and have no problems. But they were very offensive and would not help me.I paid extra for double meat but got the equivalent of a single portion.

Restaurant was empty, my guacamole was literally a non ripe half of an avocado, non edible. The steak was chewy af and not cut up. Ordered an extra drink for 3.26, had 3.25, cashier refused I and I had to break out the extra dollar. F. Wish I could post pictures.

In all my years of customer service I would never have spoken to a customer like their Manager, Hannah, spoke to me. She was very rude and disrespectful. Did not apologize for the order being wrong. She should not be a Manager. She knows nothing about customer service. I went to pick up my oder that I made through door dash and brought it back to the office. They forgot 5 ingredients I order so I went back to have it remade and wanted it comped. Hannah said everyone makes mistakes and proceeded to yell at me.. What? I don't get this young Generation being so rude. She is supposed to be a Manager. The worst manager I have ever encountered. She gave me the 800 number to call. I went back to my office and I went to eat my food and they forgot the guacamole so they made another mistake. My fault for not checking before I left the restaurant but I did not think they would make another mistake.
