This was a 15 dollar bowl with extra steak and I’ve been talking to customer support for forever to try and get a refund and they just keep trying to give me coupons. will not be returning here criminally small portions and ice cold food on top of it with terrible customer service. Avoid at all

We were 4 minutes early to pick up our to go order. Because of our being early, we had to sit a couple of minutes to wait on our order which was our plan when we headed that way to pick it up...the problem was that my steak and pinto beans were cold as was her chicken bowl. we eat at Chipotle at least twice a week and have never had this happen at any other Chipotle in the country until today..we eat at Chipotle at least once twice a week and it's one of our favorites. Chipotle we love the food, but this has left a bad taste in our mouths for now and it's going to be a minute.

I placed an online order, and I got home and opened my burrito, and unfortunately it’s like 100% sour cream, I always ask for just a little bit, and when I unrolled my burrito to try and take some off it’s legitimately 100% sour cream. I dunno if this is a joke or how someone thought that this would be edible. Money well wasted :)
Edit: They did what few companies do. They were very professional and handled the situation perfectly. What more can you ask for thank you.

The worst chipotle in Akron. The rice is always hard. They never have any food there. And they do not change their gloves. It’s very unsanitary. I will never be back after today. I’ve given this chipotle multiple

Ordered chips and guac and half the bag was just the broken extremely oversalted leftover chips at the bottom of the barrel, absolutely horrible for how much it costs lol portions of the bowl and burritos are fantastic though so this being my only negative from here is why I'm giving it three stars.
