If I could, I would give this location 0 stars. I’ve had to call corporate several of times. With the food not being made right, to it being cold, not having ice for drinks, runny ice cream, terrible customer service. Today 4/8/24 I pull through the drive thru, you have a lady and a guy arguing, her slamming doors. I’m sitting there for over 12 mins and ask a guy if anyone is working…. He said “I’ll grab them”. Like where is the management? It has gone downhill within the last 2 years.

Make sure you know what your ordering youre not permitted to add anything at the window according to their manager. Also I ordered chicken strips the chicken was not cooked all the way through and the fries were not cooked also.

Mid-afternoon at this location, half the lights were off, the 'OPEN' light wasn't lit, and couldn't tell if the place was open. Upon going in, we were told they had no beef/burgers available. So that left chicken baskets. Ok, so ordered one four-piece and one six-piece. We were the only customers and yet the order took a long time, and each order arrived separately, separated by several minutes. Opened the boxes, and there's no Texas toast and the fries tasted old and 'chewy'. We aren't going back to this location.

Service wasn't bad, didn't wait too long in the drive thru. On the other hand, the food was terrible. Hot dogs and chili were completely overcooked. Maybe they took too long cooking the dogs because everything else was cold and dried out. ( burgers, fries and pretzels). Tried calling several times but the phone stayed busy, maybe other complaints??

Ordered 2 Blizzards, received one Blizzard and a banana split. Drive thru worker actually argued with me about what I ordered. Been a customer for years, won't be back.

If your taste buds are tasting or tingling for something cold and sweet dairy Queen is the the place to be if you're not in the mood for something cold they do have burgers they do got hot dogs they all tasty
