This has to be the nicest Dairy Queen I have ever been to. Staff was beyond friendly and service was quick especially for how many customers were there. The guy Paul like to flirt with the teenage employees. He should be more focused on his job and the customers. Looks like everything else has taken a back seat. Does management not see this or review the cameras or even read the reviews? This place is too new to have this kind of a problem. He seems hot headed as well. Very short tempered towards customers. I seen him yell at a customer for asking about their order and yelled obscenities at the customer. Sad.

Paul matvey is a rude and hostile person. I was pulled up to wait on my order. After several orders behind me go past. I go inside to find out why im still waiting on two blizzards. The person Paul comes flying at me telling me to get the f---. Out of HIS store while being in my face. He said go outside and I'll bring your money. I said no ill take my money back now since your so hostile. He gives me my money back and said don't fing come back. Well we did come there a few times a week. Now I'll go to Stricklands. No need to be that angry and hostile. I hope that his manager and owner catches wind of his actions.

I would have have gave 5 stars but Paul Marvey should not be in customer service. He is very rude will get in your face curse at you and ask you to to go outside. This is the one in Ellet. Yes I called corporate. He should watch how he treats people because Stricklands is right down the rd. Paul needs to find another job that's not working with the public or he needs retrained.

Went inside to order. Girl doing the register spelling my name wrong. Waited for my order as everyone else in line got their order filled. Asked about my order twice before the manager came over. My order wasn't even on the screen. Requested and received my money back. Was told by the manager I could keep my drink. Wow thanks. For almost a half hour waiting. Thanks. Will never go to that one ever again. If I could give it negative stars I would.

First off I spent $35. I waited for 20 minutes for the order. Then in checking my order they forgot the onion rings, so I had to go in. Then waited another 20 minutes. When I got home everything was ice cold. I called and talked to a manager. The manager stated because I didn’t call that night there is NOTHING they can do. That was a terrible waste of $35. I usually go once a week, but I WILL NOT BE GOING BACKand I will tell everyone else not to go either.

Best experience at this restaurant! Superb team running this place!! Dining room and drive thru were packed on a Friday night! Lines went fast and food was hot and fresh, friendly service inside, only waited about 10 or so minutes inside for our food to go!! The staff had it together and were putting out the food in a team oriented fashion, I have never seen a place put out the orders like this one and was good and hot!!! Kudos to the team!!!!

Milkshake looked white instead of strawberry, the worst milkshake I ever got from there, the grill burger was burnt and hard on edges. I was very disappointed! I thought they’d be better than Brittan road location, boy how wrong I was! Never go to that one put Dairy Queen to shame.

A well-deserved addition to the neighborhood, as we all know, it takes time to get a smooth rhythm going, and it seems they have done it. Everyone is pleasant and welcoming. It is very clean and well kept. All in all, it was a very nice place to grab a good burger and fries with a tasty treat afterward. Enjoy!
