Over priced, under staffed.Waiter was trying very hard, but was alone in dining room.Manager was cooking, due to staff issues, so menu was limited.

If you are a door dasher this location sucks. I waited at the front desk for like 20+ min b4 anyone even got to the front. While I was waiting someone who knew one of the waters came in an they took his order while I was still standing there.

My husband returned home from work late so we looked up late night restaurants, Denny’s popped up. We drove from Ravenna to Cuyahoga Falls/Akron for a bite to eat. We were greeted and seated right away. Once we were sat we watched as a waiter and waitress walked past us several times without asking if we were served. (Waited around 20 minutes) They had a few people seated after us who was being waited on by the waiter. As he walked past us I asked who is helping us? He did a shrug said I don’t know like he didn’t really care and went and told the waitress upfront who was later found to be the night supervisor. I looked from a distance as she stared at us without so much as a smile and started checking out all the other people. Once she was finished she walked over with no smile like my husband and I were not welcome. I said what is going on here? She said we’re busy. (There were a total of eight tables occupied in this place) As I was asking how many waitresses they had and if there was a cook in the back, She interrupted me saying “you guys can leave” I couldn’t believe my ears. We had not said one thing rude or out of line and this is the way the so called night manager treats her guest? We called back to speak with a manager and she got on the phone and willing gave her name and her manager’s name above her. She proceeded to say, they have the right to turn people away any time they want. Is this how all Denny’s treat their late night customers? Will this review even matter? Maybe her manager is like her to have her feeling this is okay? I called the next day (Sunday) and no answer at all. I will follow up with corporate first thing Monday morning and find out if they can watch the video footage. If you ask me.. they need undercover boss on the night shift at this place! The name of the rude dirty waitress was Becca. I say dirty because it looked like she just crawled out of bed and put the clothes on she had on the day before. BTW- The waiter wasn’t pleasant either, this is what makes me feel it’s a trickle down effect at this particular restaurant.

Bad experience. Came here with my partner and the waitress acted like he wasn't even there. She was acting like everything was an inconvenience and a chore. I needed a little bit more time to select what I wanted, and despite it not being busy at all, she came back after half an hour. Both of us felt ignored. Only redeeming thing of this visit was the food was top tier. NEVER COMING BACK
