I had the fish and it didn't taste that great. Everyone else liked there meal especially the lasagna. This house salad dressing was the bomb and the apps where great to. Menu said the onion rings where beer batter but the where breaded. We prefer beer batter. Over all I would say it was almost a 5 star. Staff was friendly and attentive.Wheelchair accessibility: The do have handicapped parking and once in the restaurant it all on one floor.

This is such an amazing restaurant. Food is delicious and the staff is awesome. The owner is always there and is so friendly to everyone. Even if they make a mistake, which never happens, management will do everything to make it right. Such a gem in Akron. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
Visit a couple times a month. Genuine solid service. Italian comfort food. Manicotti is a show stopper and the Bolognese sauce is a hit. Stay out of the chain restaurants!

Been looking for lasagna for a while. Think Dontinos was very good. Not great, but very good. Service was good. Will definitely go back. As always have to comment on cleanliness. The experience seemed very exciting at first getting to try Dontino’s but after we were sat at our table we were met with a rude experience. Our waiter immediately came off as passive aggressive and was very judgmental and made a comment because we had questions about the menu. We tried to shrug it off and focus on the food but our waiter wouldn’t even acknowledge us or look at us when handing us our food and drinks. I thought nothing of it but we were stared at by our waiter for the entire time we were eating 30 mins. It felt like we were doing something wrong for sitting there and eating our food it was the most uncomfortable thing i’ve felt in a long time. After we left we tried to be polite to the waiter and give her a tip but she just mean mugged us like we offended her in some way. Food was decent but that older waiter completely ruined our experience. WOULDNT GO AGAIN!
