This place has some of the best cheesesteaks that I've ever had. The service can be very slow at busier times, mostly due to the very small grill area that they have. They do their best though, I do recommend calling your order in at busier times. Overall, an amazing lunch place in downtown Akron. A half cheesesteak and a regular order of fries is a decent sized meal. The fries are fresh cut and they are also really good. I do recommend this place if you are not in a big rush, if they aren't busy you can get your food in 10 minutes or so.

One worker with 2 trainees and this guy is killing it! Training, making sandwiches, and communicating with customers. He's good! Food is good! We came in from Columbus. Worth coming back!

First time here and it did not disappoint! Cheese steak was delicious and bun nice and soft. Steak fries were hot and the variety of ketsups was a bonus. Super friendly service and worth the drive from Columbus even if I was up in Akron for Zach Williams concert. I'll have to do a motorcycle ride up next time! Come try it! You'll be glad you did! Apparently you guys register on DoorDash as Juicy Cheesesteaks on DoorDash. Apparently you think it’s great to sell a Cheesteak for $14 + that has the bun the size of a hotdog bun & filling that is half the size of that. The fact that you do not advertise on DoorDash under Eddie’s says a lot. You know you are ripping patrons off & still hope they will come into your restaurant under a different name.I am contacting an attorney to speak to them regarding your deceptive business practices .

I’ve been eating these cheesesteaks for nearly 15 years now. I live in Cleve so try to stop by any Eddie’s pop up tours anywhere in my area. They are truly the best/ most legendary cheesesteaks I’ve ever had! I traveled to Akron this week to try the sweet and sassy Tay Tay and I am sure glad I did! One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Keep it up Eddie!

Eddies Cheesesteak and Grilles, is the restaurant where you can get the best delicious meal Quick and easy and very tasty! I enjoyed my experience being my first time eating at this restaurant.
