First time at this location. We ordered 2 medium bowls of the same flavor and received two completely different amounts of ice cream. When we mentioned it the worker said that he would rescoop the low one but then he was told no by the manager. Manager never said anything to us and they closed the window. I wish I saw the scoops first before paying but had faith because of other locations. They need people from the other locations to help train them in customer service.

i got ice cream with out my friend because i saw a man and his kids with some and my other friend and i are big backs so we obviously needed to get some but now she’s 100% mad at us. It was really good though, definitely recommend.

They have many locations. I didn't know about this one but it was near where I just ate. They have a few dozen ice cream flavors. I love the praline pecan waffle cone. Excellent!
