We are big Hardee's fans when traveling. Because there are none near by anymore. So when I saw the sign on the highway, I was a little happy. Well, it was a big letdown. This was the worst burger I have ever bought. I wanted to take it back. It was dry and lacked taste. The fries were hot but a little soggy. Both of our drinks tasted like water. I was disgusted. Noway will I ever stop at this particular restaurant again. The manager was nice and all. But this place has issues.

I stopped there yesterday between 3:00 and 4:00 . order taker ( lady) was so niceand very helpful. And the cook made a great burger and fries were good. We need one around North Royalton! I would definitely go there

Around 3:30 PM I pulled up and found the lobby door locked. Went around to the other side, where a sign on the door steered me back to the first one. An employee was taking a smoke break in the back, and said she would have the manager unlock the door. In the meantime I noticed that the chairs in the dining area were stacked on the tables. The employee returned to tell me the manager said drive-thru only. I wasn't happy about that, as I was unfamiliar with the menu and didn't want to feel rushed. When I saw the prices on the menuboard I decided I wasn't that hungry for Hardee's.

There shouldn't be a 7 minute wait to make a biscuit during breakfast time with only two people at the drive thru. This has happened multiple times and this time the food I did get was burned and had obviously been sitting for a long time before I ordered. The place looks like a total dump - I continue to go back because imo Hardees has the best fast food breakfast but this is the last straw. Whoever owns this place needs to take charge or shut it down.

First , the outside is trashy looking. I was going to dine in for breakfast. I arrived at around 9:20 am. No one inside eating or waiting in line. I stood there for 5 to 8 mins. Two employees never even recognized me. BTW they both looked at me several times. Never said anything to me. Like we will right with you. SMH. I will never go back. What a disappointment. Management needs to do a better job making this a good place to eat. Will never recommend

Excuse my dirty stove I was hungry didn’t get a chance to clean up. Anyway, I see why no one comes to Hardee’s anymore. I order two chicken wraps and waited about 10 minutes. Mind you there’s no one not a soul in this restaurant, but one person that is the cook OK so I understand it’s one person in there. this dude I can tell he didn’t put my chicken in a fryer. He stuck it in the microwave with there was nothing crispy about my chicken, so went home and Fried it myself. Hardee’s, please do better I paid for food. I shouldn’t have to go home and finish the job for your cook.
