My husband thought he would treat himself this morning and stop at Honeymoon Grill for breakfast. We hadn't been there in quite awhile. He was so disappointed in his breakfast,he said WE ARE NEVER EATING THERE AGAIN. We both have love the spices sausage gravy over biscuits,he said it was soo salty he shouldn't have eaten it. Potatoes had no flavor and no crispness to any part of them. I was shocked when he told me it cost him $20.00 even before tip...He was there at a time when it there use to be a 'wait',but he said crowd was lighter than what you expect on a Sunday morning. We both wish you would have NEVER torn down the old building,food was always top notch,and we loved being 'packed in' ,everyone made you feel like family. This used to be the hottest breakfast spot,and never mind waiting because we still knew the quality of the food and service was still going to be great. I'm not trying to be mean,just honest we are VERY disappointed in what the new restaurant turned into.

Good food. Fast service. Overpriced.Burgers, double triple have a lot to be desired. Meat patties don't fill the bun!!Honestly, if you have a big bun, you should have big meat pattie to fill it!! (x2 or x3)
