This place has couple health violations, people posting photos of bugs in their food, and they’re never open. I got sick from eating here and it finally motivated me to look them up on the health inspectors website.

I've been craving this place for a while now. You guys are never opened. Hours are not correct but when you do get through they swear they've been open. Terrible service and not how a business should be ran. Might as well be permanently closed at this point. You guys are losing so much business.

They don't answer the phone. It's a real hit and miss on getting service. I took a photo of their "new" hours. But I waited till 2 PM today and even pulled on the door and called. NADA.

It's just not the same since it went, take out only.I waited 20 minutes to be handed food that was sitting waiting on the counter but no one was monitoring the front.
Food was theeeee worst I have ever had, tasted Old. Very dirty inside Not a soul in site when I went in.This place was so good back about 10-15 years ago...had an awesome lunch buffet.

I got the combination platter. Orange chicken, fried rice and a eggroll. The rice is not fried rice and it’s dry. The orange chicken there’s not even any chicken it’s like all breaded and it’s hard. And the “chicken” is crunchy and hard to chew because it seems to be freezer burnt or something. I couldn’t even chew the food. I do not recommend going here.

Absolutely awful. You should be ashamed of your self charging me nearly $70 for the slop you gave us tonight. The "generals chicken" tasted like peanut chicken that some one had accidentally poured soy sauce on. It was in no way remotely related to actual general tso's chicken. The "ohio roll sushi" had GREY crab meat. I was afraid to eat it- but gave it a taste anyway and it was incredibly salty and gross. The red dipping sauce that came the the wontons, was cut with so much vinegar or water or both, it was heinous. My husband found random chunks of something pink in his rice. I'm not even bothering to ask for a refund. I'm filing a charge back on my card and calling the health department. What is wrong with you?

Ordered a to go order and half the order was wrong or missing. The hot and sour soup was inedible. Just chilli oil with over cooked vegetables and left over chicken.

Absolutely the WORST food I have ever had. I ordered sweet and sour pork and got crunchy, greasy chunks of breading! Rice was hard and flavorless and everything was cold! Will NEVER get food from there again
I have eaten here many times and have always enjoyed it. I ordered the chicken lo mein and I was disappointed for the very first time. The noodles were much larger than typical lo mein noodles, which I could have ignored had they not been over cooked. They were almost mushy.

We order online at least every other month. Their food is great. Most Chinese restaurants General tsaos chicken is spicy. But humans is not. I ordered the hot tsaos chicken tonight, and it was same as usual. Not hot or spicy at all. Therefore the 4 stars.

By far the best Sushi in Summit/portage counties! I've tried them all. The prices are great too. House of Hunan has really good Chinese food too but the recipes seem to change often.Parking: Plaza parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Small/open store front.Dietary restrictions: They are willing to work with dietary restrictions!

I've had so many meals here. Usually 1 meal last for 2 meals, which makes it good value. I just walk in and decide on either chicken, meat, pork or shrimp...it's that easy.

A horrifying resturaunt experience from the draped up plastic to shield off the virus, them yelling Chinese in the back, no service until you ring the bell I guess. These poor people live and work here because no sane person would work in this environment. Man it's just pathetic, our entire economy is broken and these people have to suffer.
