I’m not one to normally complain, but I just had the worst meal of my life. I got the bacon jam eggs Benedict, and it was inedible. I don't like to waste food, but I did not eat this. My girlfriend got chicken strips and pancakes and those were the bare minimum of decent, but the meal was $35. Ihop serves breakfast food and charges the prices of a restaurant that may actually be decent. This restaurant is not worth it, and the sooner these types of restaurants die the better.

The big steak (with pancakes) and spinach mushroom omelets were very good. The steak was tender. I especially like their sweet and fluffy pancakes with buttered pecan syrup. The fish (haddock) and shrimp were very good. Service was responsive, and prices were reasonable. Without a doubt, we will return. It's a great family restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It gets a big thumbs up. You won't be disappointed. PS: I wish they offered cranberry juice.Kid-friendliness: Although no children were there, I am sure they would be welcomed.

This review is not about the employees that were working. There were only 2 gals working tables for the entire restaurant when we stopped in. They were doing their absolute best. We tipped extra. However because there were only 2, who were doing awesome, the place was dirty and everything was slow. IHOP please help your employees.

Busy place, good customer service and food was Ok for the price. Pancakes were fluffy and butter made it yummy. Didn’t fill the tummy though.

Update (3/16/24): Dined in today. Food was very tasty! I did have to ask for a clean fork because the one in my wrapped bundle was dirty and then the one in the new bundle was also dirty... I ended up eating with the spoon, which wasn't too bad until the sausage links. ? Water refills were pretty slow though it wasn't very busy.(2019ish?) The crepes were too tiny but very tasty! The bacon tasted great (though it was awfully fatty). The hashbrowns were good on the crispy outside but inside was super bland and not quite cooked enough. We had ordered our breakfast to go. Had a few orders of 4 strips of bacon. They placed each set of 4 in it's own large bowl. Ridiculous use of plastic containers instead of putting all the bacon together.

The IHOP on Arlington Rd. Is dirty. The booths are extremely tight, the waitress and kitchen wasn't communicating so we received the wrong food and then when it was fixed the bacon was not crisp and the toast never showed up. On the 2nd meal, the biscuit was as thin as a pancake lol. On the plus side, the hash browns are delicious. We still left a 20% tip. Paying our bill was interesting as we paid with cash and rather than running it through the register she gave us change from her tip bag. I don't recommend this IHOP, in the future I will stick with the Massillon IHOP.

Didnt even get seated here. Wait was said to be 10 minutes meanwhile there were 2 other groups of people waiting to be seated and a clearly backed up kitchen. That didnt bother me so much, as a group that walked in after us getting seated first when other people were told the kitchen was too backed up because they knew someone on staff. Overall terrible service.

Saw that there was a low staff notice on the door and that's fine, but we waited for 45 minutes after the manager said 10, nobody came to check on us and then the waitress sat a group that came in 30 minutes after us because she knew them.

Visiting from Rochester NY for business. I needed to kill like 3 hours of time. The staff was awesome and totally understood my situation. I appreciate the staff for letting me loiter and drink coffee.

The most disrespectful, rude, and racist service ever. We went in as a party of 6 (including a toddler and my pregnant wife) they sat us at a booth with only 4 spaces, while all the tables and bigger booths were empty and available. So we asked if we could move to a bigger table. As we sat at our new table, a server came and disrespectfully told us that we had to move our bag that we had sat on a table beside us. She said you can’t leave your bag anywhere because all the tables need to be free. So we decided we’re going to leave. As we’re walking out, one of the servers says “weirdos, keep walking”. I stopped to ask what his problem was, he said “yah yah, get out leave”. I asked for his name, he said “Johnny walker”. I looked around and could not help but see us being singled out and embarrassed in front of everyone. I don’t expect a lot from a place like this, but at least as a human being, be decent. We’re all human.
