Definitely will not be coming back here. The woman who waited on me screwed up my order asking me something completely different then what I wanted and when I got to the window to pay I corrected her and one of the cooks came up to the window smarting off saying I hope they know there not getting those sides. Which I never wanted the sides that’s what the whole problem was I just wanted a standard $20 fill up not whatever she was trying to get me to buy.

Not a good one. Got 5 dinners with drinks and the syrup had ran out before we had got there and was still out when we left. Don't know many people got screwed on their drink, but it's probably a few. Tried to call store to alert manager of the problem and no one answers the phone. Will not be back.

I ordered the 3 piece big box. 2 breasts and one wing. I was told Id be charged extra for the 2 breasts. They don't say that on the menu. I asked for mashed potatoes without the gravy and got my potatoes with the gravy. Asked for original recipe and got crispy.

I gone through the drive through one car waiting to do an order a 2nd car then me. 15 minutes went by and no movement and the car still hadnt ordered. I backed out and left. Bad customer service.

Went thru the drive thru in the evening with no one in line. Ordered 2 meals they forgot all the sauce even after asking us what we wanted. Drink was wrong. The mashed potatoes were not closed properly and was all over everything. The chicken was downright gross ? I don’t know if it’s over cooked but super stringy and tough. Will not be trying it again even with it being so close now.As a side note they really need a secondary entrance/exit.

Got two spicy chicken sandwiches and a medium Pepsi from KFC on Manchester road. You can't beat it. They're chicken. Sandwiches are the bomb really good I highly recommend them.

This is the newest store in my area, and when they first opened, it was great! The food was great, the service was great, I was super impressed. We decided to make it our Monday afternoon weekly spot to grab a snack on the way home. As the weeks went on, the quality started to suffer, as did the service. Today, we went and they completely got our order wrong. We ordered one of the new potato bowls and a spicy chicken sandwich. We received a 3-piece fried chicken meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. Unfortunately I didn't realize it until I was already home. I called them and they asked me to bring it back, but that 40 minutes out of my way. It's not worth my time, my gas, or the extra money I spent on the meal vs what they gave me. So, I will never be returning.
