Absolutely terrible service when dining in. terrible even worse service can't even answer phone correctlywhen calling in orders. Too many kids trying to run the show!!!

What a gem. The spaghetti sauce is just how I like.Dietary restrictions: With the size of their salad buffet, surely any diet could eat here.Kid-friendliness: There were several families with children. Spaghetti, how can you go wrong. Salad buffet had plenty vegetables along with fruits and puddings.

Went on a Monday evening about 6:30pm. Ordered spaghetti and one meatball. Sauce was not good and the meatball was small and cost extra. Salad bar was worked over. Service was poor. Won’t be returning for dine in anytime soon.

We ordered a lasagna for pick up. We came at the time that they told us that it would be ready. The girl at the window said that they were out of garlic bread and that it would take another 10 minutes or more, if I wanted any. Ok so if I pre order. Shouldn't you already have that ready for me? The owner will talk down on you and get belligerent, if you call to complain.

Waitress had to be new . New pay don't go to cashier you'll be told to go back to your seat and waitress will take care of it.... then take down the cashier sign..would not let me pay at the door and leave . Very unprofessional.

Tonight's experience was night and day compared to monday, Monday the salad bar was constantly full, the salad girl was on top of it, tonight we have been here probably 45 minutes or so and the salad bar is empty, and hasn't been wiped offn the salad girl is taking 1 item at a time to fill instead of getting a cart and filling it all.. there is a line(of course the place is always busy), and so far at least 6 people have complained about the salad bar being empty.. she either needs help or is having an off night, the girl that worked monday should be here..

I worked at this establishment over 20 years ago for my first job. I have ordered food from Gios but was once called Lembos here and there throughout the years and have slowly noticed the decline in the quality of food served. It's very sad to see this establishment that was once in my opinion one of the best places for pizza in Springfield twp now ranked with the worst. Again this is just my opinion but felt the need to say something.

Family has been going to this restaurant over the years and the quality of food has gone down tremendously! We waited over twenty minutes to sit down at a table and another ten to just order. Had to put our kids at a seperate table so they could close their extended portion of their builfing. The salad bar was a mess and there dirty containers that it looked like the food had been sitting for hours. We will never return to this restaurant we were appalled.

Ever since the name changed and new people took over service is AWFUL and the guy manager is always RUDE and wants to blame them messing up on how their online website to order shows what I ordered. I don't care point is I called and told them how all orders of cinnamon bread was missing I ordered 3 and the burger was wrong was only supposed to have just cheese my boyfriend waited 20 mins to go get the replacement food and what they missed and sat there for an HOUR and STILL didn't get his food. To spend over $30 for a large timpano and a burger and just to get argued with by the rude guy is absolutely insane. And to say after he pulled away his burger was done. Yeah an hour and a few mins later to get replacement food after he admitted the kitchen wasn't told about the order he still tried to blame it on how the food shows on the online order. Learn some customer service and how to run your business. This isn't the first issue here we order from there once a week at least and always get the tray of cinnamon bread and I can't tell you how many times the order for that wasn't put into the kitchen to be made and we had to wait over 3 hours to get just cinnamon bread!!
