I've been buying pizza here for a long time. I usually spend $50-60 when I order from here. This place used to be great but lately they are always understaffed. I ordered pizzas today for my kids birthday party- I went to pick up a half hour later ( I was running late picking up this time) and the pizzas hadn't even been started. Only one guy working, not his fault, and I just asked him to cancel the order because he was already overwhelmed. I'm not going to order here anymore- maybe they should pay their employees better so they will show up for work.

The bread is a bit chewy. I found that if I reheated it on my air fryer for three minutes, it came out much better, a little chewy and a little crispy. The sause has a hot taste too it that, I feel, was wayy too hot. Good pizza sause does not need to have a burning on your tongue. Also the pepperoni's that curl up tend to fall right off, but even the dogs wouldn't eat them. Maybe just put double the amount of the regular pepperoni's on the magnifico pizza.

I called 5 times yesterday trying place my usual order.i was on hold 17minutes,16 minutes ,9 minutes and were hung up eventually after waiting about 6 minutes for the other 2 times . After an hr had to call someone else. Poor customer service.

Ordered the Tuesday special buy one get one but we went pick it up as said online they haven't even started it said that they got busy and was going to start it in 10minute so that would be another 20minutes wasn't going to wait around just canceled order and went somewhere else and got a pizza that was ridiculous not the first time either it a joke

We ordered 2 medium pizzas, breadsticks, and a 10 piece bbq chicken wing. Everything we ordered tasted very good and was cooked perfectly. There were 2 workers inside and both of them were very friendly.
