I visit this McDonald's every time I go to the hospital. PERFECT LOCATION for a quick bite! I will continue to visit this location. Their food (and fries!!) are always served hot, and they always get my order right. However, I'm giving this restaurant a 3 star review because the drive thru experience is annoying. It always takes forever to wait to get through the drive thru (generally 10-20 minutes). Their employees give off the vibe that they are stressed, overworked, and they are kind of short with you - the kind of vibe where you know everyone there hates their job. If you order anything that is less popular on the menu (e.g. fish-o-filet), then they have you wait in their parking lot.Parking: There are always parking spots available here, as most of their business comes from the drive-thru.

If I could leave less of a review I would. Let's see here. I was physically assaulted by an employee for defending an old lady from an employee, managers are more rude than Trump giving a speech, friends I have were waiting for food they ordered then right after they CLOSED THE STORE EARLY and didn't give them said food till 30min later after ordering it. Then told him "now leave us alone". Never eating here again, and will be putting things around the city letting them know all the horrible things they've said and done

Very nice. Went through the drive thru so didn't see inside but looked clean from the front booth. The staff were very nice as well! They pulled us forward to wait for our food and brought it out pretty quickly with condiments we had asked for in the bag and our order was right. So many times food is wrong or something is missing, but they have my vote today! Keep up the great work! ??

My last visit here (Nov 2023) was as a delivery driver. I will no longer accept deliveries for this location. Fast food deliveries often don't pay much to begin with but, if everyone hustles it can be worthwhile. At this location when I walked in there was a customer who had been waiting a while ahead of me. An employee standing around....and the delivery that I was waiting for was in my line of sight but BACK IN THE FOOD PREP AREA!! It was closed up, ready to go. No other customers in the store. She finally gave the customer that was here before me his order and walked off. I said "excuse me, I just need this [name of delivery app] order". She snapped back that I didn't need to yell (I was not yelling, just trying to get her attention). I watched her walk back, fix her ponytail and THEN come give me her order. Between what the customer tipped and delivery app paid, I made $5.00 on an order that took nearly an hour from the time I accepted it to completion. All the other locations have been busier and still had the orders ready or nearly ready, the order given to me promptly (or on a pickup shelf) and with employees that know what it means to hustle. I WILL NOT deliver for this location again.
