The floors are super sticky and gross. The decor is meant to look eclectic and fun, but it just looks junky. The menu has terrible graphics that are hard to read for first-time guests. The food was not that good. The fries were the best part.

Good food and a fun environment. Our server/bartender Elisha was the highlight of the visit. I would return again simply for him.

Pride in your food has gone downhill drastically and it's really expensive for sandwiches. I really was looking forward to this visit and was disappointed. Sorry but I won't be back.

Vegan Mac and cheese was cold and basically tasted like plain noodles - there was nothing cheesey tasting about it. If you really want to get this, get one of the fancy versions and not the plain one. Vegan French onion soup was amazing though!

My wife and I took my son and daughter in-law to Melt in Fairlawn last night from there birthdays. Me and my wife ordered what was supposed to be a melted Mac& cheese sandwich. But when it was brought to our table. It could be best desirable as a burt brick filled with dried-up macaroni inside. After we brought this to our server's attention. (Why it was even served in the first place?) It was replaced with a Parmesan chicken sandwich and we were charged $17.25 for it. To be honest it was just okay but certainly not worth the price. It was just a regular chicken sandwich with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on it. I miss the old "Melt" when there sandwichs we're awesome and they took pride in what they served.

I got the Cleveland Cheese Steak sandwich and it was excellent. My husband had the Buffalo Mac & Cheese Bowl. The service was above and beyond for its class of restaurant. And the atmosphere was laid back yet entertaining. The Electric Blue Lemonade very sour and not very good at first, but they did offer me a sweetener. My waitress was attentive and informative. Overall it was a good experience and my family all enjoyed their food.

By far THE WORST corn beef sandwich I had ever eaten. My bread was hard as a brick and burnt! I barely had any meat on it. Tried eating here for the first time, NEVER AGAIN!!

The Mac n cheese was so small and the grilled chicken looked boiled. I asked for crispy and the server brought grilled, when I asked her to change it, she said “I’m pretty sure you asked for grilled.” Not very customer friendly. The server also never refilled our waters and barely visited our table and we were the only table there. She acted annoyed when we asked for things. Will never go here again, a let down.

Arrived on Saturday night. Our waiter Daniel was excellent. I didn't like the atmosphere immediately. No booths are even IN the place, all tables and chairs. Too dark to really see the food your eating, because there are no individual lights over your table. Its too much like a hard, without soft, kitchen in there. I ordered the dinner with crunchy chicken pcs over their specialty, which I believe is supposed to be mac and cheese. It was more earthy than sweet, nothing wrong with it. But not enough SPECIAL about it to make me want to come back again or make my own at home. Not only that, but WHY drizzle ranch dressing on the sides of the plate? Sure, ranch dressing is good, its a lot like ketchup, it will be acceptable on top of a lot of things, but mac n cheese is a staple that should stand on its own. I could've put ketchup on top and called it a new innovation, but who would do that? So why is this place trying to reinvent the wheel? My buddy decided to get a Monte Christo sandwich, but changed a lot of the ingredients on it, to basically a simple ham and cheese, but he said he liked it or I would have given the food grade a 2/5. Our appetizer was the 'hangover fries' which I've never had anywhere else before, either. Who was the genius that came up with poured (chicken?) gravy and a fried egg on top of fries mixed with pulled pork? Again, too much dining innovation for me. I decided to take this app home because my bud just rejected it immediately when he tried to cut it and put his share on his side plate. Daniel brought out these recycled brown cardboard containers that I couldn't even figure out how to close. Good thing he brought me TWO, because I don't think ONE could have supported the weight all the way home. He said they are going to change to something better soon. I'll never see them, because I won't be back. Prices today are ridiculous for what food you actually receive. But that's everywhere today.

Changed the ranch, must be out of the bottle. No sauce on buffalo chik sandwich, had to ask.... no more pickles? Too pricey to be cutting
