Grabbed a pizza and antipasto salad. Loved it. Salad was overflowing with fresh cut vegetables, not bagged. Pizza was very good, great sauce, cheesy and crispy crust. I will be back!

Some of the best pizza I’ve had in the area lately. It has a sweeter sauce, which I love, and the crust is the perfect combination of crunchy and doughy. It was hard to not keep eating more slices. The cinnamon rolls were also a great finish! The two ladies working were also very friendly and did a great job. We will absolutely be ordering again and will recommend them to anyone!

I've been wanting to try MVP pizza so I ordered a small pepperoni pizza tonight. My go to when I'm trying a new place for the first time. I was not disappointed, I have nothing bad to say about it,crust was really good sauce and plenty of cheese. I grew up on mom and pop pizza shops and I definitely will be ordering from them again. Great addition to the area, Service was good and people were very friendly.

Meatball sub was good but could have baked longer. Mine was cold in the middle. Medium pizza was 20$. I’ve had much better. Slightly above average. I give it a 6.5 out of 10

I was tired of the “same old pizza choices” and I went out on a limb and tried Merriman Pizza. Wow! The pizza is amazing. I dare to say, it’s the best pizza in Akron. Reminiscent of NYC wood fired ovens. Definitely worth every penny. You can tell that every pie is authentic Italian made by hand. No frozen toppings or crust. If you’re looking to try a new pie, give them a try!

I was really excited to try this new shop. You don't know how hard it is to find fresh mushrooms as a topping. However, the crust was so thin to the point that it was like liquified. Sauce was overly sweet. I love a thin crust. I do not love having to spend an hour attempting to crisp up a crust just so the slices will remain intact. The boneless wings were mediocre. For how fresh the toppings tasted, it was a huge disappointment to see the other aspects of the pie fail. I wanted this to be a 10/10, but it was definitely not.

First timer here! Tried the Italian Accent sub, a pepperoni & mushroom pizza, and Stromboli. The sub is exactly what I look for in an Italian sub. Flavors were amazing! Bread has a nice chew. I ate half warm yesterday and the other half cold from the fridge today; which is my ultimate test. Still great!! Loved the crust of the pizza, had a nice flavor and chew. Toppings & cheese were great! It was cooked to perfection! We both thought the sauce was a little sweet but not horrible. Ate it hot last night and cold today. Still great!!! Now the Stromboli. Disappointed. Meats & cheese were really good but the dough was really thin and salty to me. The calzone was suggested but I opted for the Stromboli. No regrets though. Glad I tried everything!! Will definitely be back to try other items!!!!

It's solid pizza and good quality boneless wings. The pizza has a chew to it, and I didn't find my pizza to be greasy at all. If you prefer your pizza to have a crunch to it, I might avoid this place. The best part was the sauce, and they give you a generous amount. The sauce reminded me of Rizzi's pizza in Copley. The service was very friendly and the store was clean. Overall, I recommend giving this place a try.

YES!!!My husband & I were curious to try Merriman Valley Pizza after the pizza place w/ uncooked cheese vacated the location, so tonight, we decided to give it a try; not only do they have fantastic pizza & wings, they also have CORRECT red pizza sauce! As a former Michigander, I miss the flavorful, robust sauce & mozzarella cheese of Michigan pizzas, and sooo many local Ohio pizza places have ridiculously sugary-sweet, unseasoned sauces; however, MVP's sauce is fantastic & seasoned! The cheese is great. It seems to be a provolone blend(?). The crust is SO crispy. The boneless wings w/ Hickory BBQ sauce are amazing! Restaurant seemed well-maintained. The staff was very polite, as well.This place has officially earned 2 new customers; we definitely will be ordering from them again! ?

Best pizza in 28 years living in Akron. It tastes like pizza we used to get when I was a kid-damned good. The girls were absolutely awesome, they were kind, respectful, and on top of their QC. Hats off to their bosses!!!! Hats off to the girls for being extremely well spoken, and genuinely kind and helpful.
