A small roach a roach none the less crawls up the side of my plate I tell the Hispanic guy I'm assuming he's the owner he blames it on the restaurant next door this was a month or so ago today the older crinkly haired lady spills a bunch of cups behind the counter honest mistake but the stuff splashes on me and everything in front of me from the floor she doesn't even bother to look up she apologized after a couple minutes while im wiping myself off didn't wipe the counter off until I asked her to didn't change my coffee water nothing got pissed when I asked her for a new coffee starts throwing things I try to let the owner know he's still pissed about last time to hell with this place I smell racism (jealousy) all over this restaurant mostly all I see coming in and out of there is old wp anyway I'd give anything to get rid of racist people I'm paying you money for a service people mess up sometimes nothing or no ones perfect but to catch an attitude because I make you uncomfortable for how I look they hate you to sir trust me!!!

The busboy dropped a cup and spilled ice everywhere-and never cleaned it up, leaving it (and the straw) out in the middle of the floor for customers to walk around. The food was pretty good, but it is a poorly managed

The hidden Mexican/south of the border breakfast menu is a must get!! You can't go wrong with Huevos Rancheros or the Machaca and eggs, plus their homemade salsa is soo good. Their cinnamon rolls and homemade biscuits are the best around, too!!

Very relaxing atmosphere. Food is absolutely amazing with very generous portions. Our server was very attentive despite it being very busy in the dining room.

This is a mixed review. I ordered an omelette and it was delicious. When I was half way done eating my meal, the server said “ You’re going to have to pay now because my shift is over”. Since I use Apple Pay when ever I can, I followed her to the cash register. I paid and even gave her a 20% tip. I returned to my table and continued eating my meal. Just a few minutes later, the owner came to the table and said “you two need to leave, NOW”. I asked what the problem was and he said that they closed at one and reiterated “you need to leave the restaurant right now”. We got up and left the restaurant. Did I do anything wrong? I’m not sure. This is the first time I ever to eat here and I wasn’t aware of there limited hours. I’m guessing we probably walked into the place a minute or two before closing time to begin with unbeknownst to either of us. The mere fact that he seated us tells me that he understood that we would still be there after closing time. So, why the bad rating? Several reasons. The person I was with was my neighbor. We don’t see each other much during winter so I invited him to lunch. He chose the time and the restaurant. We were having a pleasant conversation when the owner started vacuuming. Each of us had a hard time hearing the other. As an unintended consequence, we stayed longer than we wanted to because a lot of our conversation had to be repeated several times. Apparently neither the owner or the server have the word “please” or “thank you” in their vocabulary. It wasn’t so much what either of them said but the way they said it. The sever acted as if she was put out by having to come to my table and ask me(no-it was definitely order) to pay the bill. The owner was just absolutely rude and very aggressive for no reason. Right from the beginning, he could have nicely told us that they were going to close in a few minutes and asked if we wanted our meals to go. The final issue is I paid for a meal that I didn’t have time to finish. I didn’t touch the toast and still had almost a full glass of a soft drink. As we approached the exit my neighbor said “this will be the last time I eat here”. Make sure you read April’s review. Apparently, the owner didn’t learn anything from her review and therefore won’t learn anything from mine either.

Nice friendly staff, old style breakfast joint with a vast menu. In fact you'll need a tour guide for the menu. Older crowd, hot fresh food, light on the seasoning.

They don’t put your entire order together for to go. Never ever have I gotten my side with my sandwich. Too much money for not being able to get what I order EVERY time. Don’t waste your time or money. Not worth it.
