Stopped in a few weeks ago to purchase some Romanburgers for a family lunch. The friendly staff made the order efficiently, and listened to the request to leave the devil's fruit off my sandwich. The Romanburgers even tasted good after a 20 min drive - I can only imagine how good they'd be if eaten immediately. We'll be back!

I used doordash to purchase this Mr. Hero sandwich and I clearly asked for no mushrooms. It’s on the ticket that they printed! My sandwich was covered in mushrooms. I am absolutely disappointed because I love Mr. Hero and usually have no problems out of them. Such an unfortunate experience for me. This location will not be getting anymore service from me!

I visited 11/5/23. I order a 10" cheeseburger. I waited for sandwich to be made and still ended up with cold meat. How was that possible ? it's the reason I went there in first place. HOT, FRESHLY MADE. I didn't realize it til I got home. I should of checked before I left. So disappointed. REMIND u I already knew how much the sandwich cost, plus it's on the sign And the the worker still tried to over charge me. I can tell the place is being ran by a new owner..WHEW!! it used to be respectable place. I hope this don't continue ?

The Romanburger is a gourmet sandwich. A little pricey but worth it. Also check out the French fried mushrooms.
Prices are hiked for less food, cashier had no idea what they were talking about, I hate to say it but this is the last time I'm eating at a Mr.

We have gone to this location for years! Same team and manager who always took pride in the quality of the food. It was always very consistent. Now, I will never go back in! It looks as though the franchise has been sold and taken over. The tteam is all new people and faces. So sad! The quality of the food was TERRIBLE! We spent over $45 on five Romanburgers. They skimped on everything.. They put half slices of tiny tomatoes. Who does that??? Tiny little strands of wilted lettuce and onions. The sandwiches were cold when I got home and we had to put them in microwave. We also ordered a larger waffle fry.. Got home and it was the size of a small McD's French fry! I am wondering if it's the same family that took over the Cuyahoga Falls one. Because it reminded me of the same family and food at that location. It was terrible! This used to be a great location and now I will never go back..

Hey ?️?️?️ THIS GNEW MANAGEMENT IS TOP FLIGHT!!!!! MY SANDS WAS PERFECTED. MY ORDER WAS MADE SPEEDY & WITH CARE. GNOT THREW TOGETHER/RUSHED OR SLOPPY. I dont gnow who is TAKING OVER but I don't normally go for this place or Fast food like this but when I tell you this experience was THE KIND I EXPECT EVERY WHERE & ANY WHERE THAT MY hard earned $$ is SPENT. NO BS! IT WAS WHAT Customer service IS SUPPOSED TO BE LIKE. Thesw days depending on where you go your lucky if they didn't lick it ?.Gnew Management looks good on Mr Hero & I recommend it.
