The lady got my order wrong and the sweet and sour sauce was like glue consistency ? and was rude to me when I asked for my order because it was wrong and didn’t bother giving me my drink either had to ask for that never again y’all don’t deserve your 4 star at all

My family has been coming here before I was even born! I eat here often and only have had one problem with my order and it was because I asked for the wrong thing.This is my favorite Chinese restaurant and I hope that after the lockdown they can return to business as usual!

The staff are great friendly people who actually care about customer preferences,and the quality of the food they serve. The only Chinese restaurant I'll eat at in Northeast Ohio. There are a few good joints around, New Ming is best for consistency. The family who operates the restaurant are professional and keep a clean kitchen. The food is great. Been coming here since 2013.

Generally always a great experience here. Food comes out tasting great and is always very hot and the prices are good too. Love that I can customize various chicken and beef dishes with tofu instead. The only complaints I have are that the dishes come out in styrofoam instead of reusable plastic containers and the credit card minimum is $10.

Well I just ordered from this place for the first time. I like getting Garlic Chicken/Garlic Shrimp half and half. I was willing to pay the more expensive amount. They were unwilling to accommodate. The only option was to pay $2 extra to add the chicken. I am new to the area and am looking for a good Chinese place. It's a shame they refuse to reasonably accomadate a new customer. I will think twice before ordering from New Ming Home. I may update this feedback.

I had ask for duck Sauce and soy sauce and the lady said 2 per customers like ready i just spend $40 something. Wont be going back.

My online order was never made and I never received a message or anything telling me my order was ready. When I made the order it said I would recieve a message for pickup but I never did. I will never order from a place that is so disorganized. Hunan King in lakemore plaza is so much better anyways and always so nice and timely with orders.
