Unfortunately, I got food poisoning from this Olive garden. I wanted to treat my family to a wonderful evening. I told them to order what ever they wanted. I ordered the chicken Alfredo with broccoli and extra Alfredo sauce. Afterwards, we came home and by evening I was violently throwing up with diarrhea close behind. I was doing this all threw the night, so much so my sister took me to the hospital. They determined that I had food poisoning. I can't speak for anyone else, but just the mention of Olive garden, sends me rushing to the restroom.

I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. Spaghetti had water in the bottom of the bowl making marinara flavor completely diluted and meatballs had no sauce... Could have made better at home. I tried to order the unlimited soup salad and bread sticks as well and was told I couldn't order it because I ordered the the spaghetti and I could only order soup and salad. When my friend and I asked if we could get more the waitress looked at us like we had had enough. I will not go back. Some people have the money to waste yo.

Great place for our on-the-fly celebratory meal! Our server was so sweet and attentive, and the food and drinks were great. The breadsticks and salad alone are always perfect!! ? We’ll definitely be back.

You know what you're getting going here. It is what it is. We needed an easy, quick fix of american-italian on a lazy Friday night. Service was adequate. Food was standard.Darden, you need to modernize and makeover this brand. The restaurants don't look authentic old world anymore ...just OLD!Parking: Enter from back and park in back it's easier.

Food not as good as in the past and wasn't asked if we would like more bread sticks or refills on salad. By no means overly busy and service was not good to say the least. Totally disappointed.
MacKenzie P was amazing. She was the bartender and our server and she was extremely attentive the whole time we were there, our drinks were always full, our bread and dip replenished, and my husband's soup kept coming. Thank you MacKenzie.

Host made up numerous reasons why he couldnt seat our group. We went from being the only guests in line to watching 8-10 parties walk in and sit before us. Its frustrating because we always have our mtgs there.Update March 2024. SIGNIFICANT upgrade in service and flexibility by hosts and manager to accomodate our large lunch group... even explaining that the room we wanted required a particular server who hadnt arrived yet.. We arrived with our group of 9 and which fluctuated to 10 and 11 from time to time over 2 hrs. Our server Laney was extremely respectful and helpful in spite of the duration (hence the 40% tip). Great time with numerous contributors to the NE Ohio community (fire, police, teach, coach, business, ministers, etc) sharing what they are doing and what they needed help with to do more. We appreciated the return to the service and environment we had grown accustomed to.Reminds me of " Whatever you do, do it wholeheartedly as though you were working for your real master and not merely for humans. You know that your real master will give you an inheritance as your reward. It is Christ, your real master, whom you are serving.(Colossians 3)
