Came with my family, walked in greeted, got a table and was seated fast, server never came to table to acknowledge us or take drink orders or appetizers, waited for 10 minutes while another table that walked in 10 minutes after us was greeted first with bread and butter we didn't get and the server took them first even tho we were before them, I know its busy with alot of orders but could of been a little better

We were seated and did not see a server for roughly 15 minutes. Ordered drinks and an appetizer. Drinks took about 20 minutes. We received our food 90 minutes after we sat down. Nobody asked if we needed drink refills. When the food finally came out, 2 of the entrees were room temp. Terrible. Would NOT recommend. Outback has really been going downhill recently unfortunately.

This Outback location made me never want to visit an outback again. It took a solid hour and 20 minutes to receive our entrees whilst the restaurant was at maybe 1/12th capacity. Super slow service.Our waiter was complaining about the restuarant every time she visited the table but the runners / back of house were extremely friendly and overall had a smile on their face.Food was pretty rough. Overly greasy Bloomin Onion. Yes, i know they're deep fried, but it came in a pool of fryer oil rendering alot of the bottom unedible. The French Onion soup tasted watered down with the cheese being un-cutable and having the texture of day old chewed gum. Bread hit the table towards the 45/50 minute mark.Then our poor entrees came. The Medium 8oz steak was very hard and overcooked. The burger was mostly decent with the exception of the spicy cucumbers, that were in no way shape or form spicy or anything close to a pickle.We only complained about the entrees, in which we were told "I could have told you those spicy pickles were naaastyyyy." 2 hours later we left with upset stomachs, $80 lighter, and a ruined date night with an agreeance to never return here again.
