So I’ve been coming to this location since I can remember probably 10+ years. Tonight just sucked. I ordered my papadia on the app at 8:45ish I got to the location around 9 I got told it’s gonna be another 15-20 minutes so I pulled around the building like a considerate adult. So boom I let 15 minutes pass so I go to get back in line and ended up waiting an additional 30+ minutes as I’m typing this it’s currently 9:45 so I’ve been waiting now 45 minutes. I get it it’s Friday night but locking the door isn’t the answer because I would’ve came inside and grabbed my order instead of waiting 40+ minutes on my order this is wild.Update 1: it’s now 9:45 I’m still stuck in this line. Again would’ve been nice to have the option to just go inside since I’m almost 95% certain that I’m going to end up getting cold food at this point.Update 2: it’s 9:47 I just now received my order the sticker shows I ordered it at 8:39…that’s a whole hour and 10 minutes later. Unacceptable

They gave me the wrong pizza. It was cold and it had all the wrong toppings. The name on the box was wrong too. This place sucks. Maybe pay attention to what pizza you grab??? Idiots.

Haven’t ordered from here in quite a few years and now I remember why. I always got problems out of this location. I I ordered a pineapple which I got the pineapple but they added jalapeños that I didn’t ask for in my pizza of showed up 40 minutes late. And the store manager has a really bad attitude.

I'm not big on Papa John's typically but that's definitely about to change. My pepperoni pizza was covered in pepperoni and I didn't even order extra ?My pizza was done 6 minutes early and piping hot. Big kudos to the worker working the window who had me in and out in less than 3 minutes flat.

I ordered pizza NY XL spending $30 yesterday to pick it up from that place and it was really bad, 2 halves and right side pepperoni and the left side philly cheese steak with onions and green pepper, they considered the left side as 2 slices only !! They barely put the left side ingredients on 2 slices only as they don’t care about anything who’s gonna eat !!! I don’t know really i don’t recommend that location to anyone ! Worst location ever

Had a shard of thick glass in my pizza slice a while back. Have not and will not eat papa johns ever again. I was not hurt it wasn't sharp, was almost like plastic but it was hard like glass. Very very disappointed and disgusted. Would not recommend.. EVER!
