It was cancelled then I replaced it.. again MY ORDER ARRIVED CAME ICE COLD..., it was Epic stuffed crust sausage extra sauce they never had put extra sauce on it it was dry TASTE like COLD DRY cardboard pizza... NO GARLIC BUTTER I EVEN PAID FOR EXTRA ONE... NO PEPERCINIS EITHER...SO I CALLED WHERE IS MY GARLIC BUTTERWHERES MY PEPPERS THE REP TAKEN CARE OF IT... AND SAID NEXT TIME I ORDER I WILL GET TWO EXTRA GARLIC BUTTERS AND PEPPERSPEOPLE!!!!,IF YOU JUST GIVE THEM THE CHANCE TO MAKE IT RIGHT THEY WILL..., THIS IS A HARD JOB IT CAN BE STRESSFUL.I PRAISE THIS PAPA JOHN'S FOR HELPING ME WITH MY ISSUE.“
“If it wasn't such a difficult time trying to order this thing on the phone due to the foreign nationalist broken English broken understanding of English and having to repeat yourself five times to get the water straight. I'd give it five stars but until then it's very difficult to even place an order under any kind of normal circumstances cuz they don't understand. Then they repeat it back to you and it's difficult at best to understand them. Very complicated. They should have a simpler solution to ordering us other than online if you don't have a capabilities of doing so up in the time being or whatever“
“I'm not big on Papa John's typically but that's definitely about to change. My pepperoni pizza was covered in pepperoni and I didn't even order extra ?My pizza was done 6 minutes early and piping hot. Big kudos to the worker working the window who had me in and out in less than 3 minutes flat.“
“Ok so I had pulled up to order a pizza. As I headed towards the drive thru, I saw a man sweeping. Same came to the window and took my order. The scary part was, I couldn't see if he had washed his hands nor wearing gloves. So never go late at night. You're taking a chance on their cooking protocols if their cleaning.“
