I haven't been to PH in a few years so I thought I'd give it a go again and we were surprised at the service and the product which with "top shelf". We've just been getting frozen pizzas for the past five years and pretty much gave up on pizza joints (bread and tomato paste) with no taste, but, our experiance was great and we will be returning. Thanks for re- kindling our enthusiasm for pizza!Parking: Perfect

I actually like the pizza but this location has forgotten items from my order multiple times and I just ordered a pizza using their online ordering system (how they make you order bc they never answer their phone), only to find out the door dasher (the service they use to deliver the pizza even when you order directly from them) arrived to a closed store - lights out, locked, no sign. It's the day after Christmas so I'm thinking okay maybe that's why - but the only way to get a refund is to talk to someone at the store you ordered from. The call center "customer service" people were honestly terrible and transferred me without helping the first time, the second time she hung up on me because I asked for a refund. The call center cannot cancel orders or help you in anyway - only help you place an order from a store that's closed. I think I've finally learned my lesson and won't be ordering from this location again. I would suggest you don't either.

These people are always on top of their game and quick with it. Love me a perfectly-sauced cheesy pizza.

I placed an order for the Trio treat box. I paid extra for the pizzas to be specialty pizzas, for pan crust and cheese sticks instead of regular breadsticks. It is supposed to come with a dessert as well I selected the mini cinnamon rolls. I did not get the pan crust I paid for. I did not get the dessert I paid for. When I called the store I was transferred to a call center where I was told they just take orders and they could not help me with getting my order corrected. I sat on hold for 30 minutes waiting for a manager once she transferred me to the store and they never answered. This is horrible customer service. I did not get what I paid for and instead of them being honest about it and making it right I was ignored. This is bad business a terrible lack of standards and simply unacceptable. Avoid this location and this "business" in general.

If I could give this place a zero rating I world….i ordered and it come out to 88.33 a I had it delivered. Well on 11/25 at 730 my food was delivered but I was missing half my order. I called and got answering service that connected me to west market Pizza Hut and nobody was answering for 11 mins so I drove down there walked in still on hold…A young man at the register asked a girl named Angie about my missing wings and cheese sticks and she claimed she needed all my food back (I had receipt)or she wouldn’t help me and I explained my family was eating the food except my daughter and myself because our pasta and wings wasn’t in the order. I said ma’am I am not lying and this is 2 times yall forgot half my order. She then proceeds to act unprofessional and claps her hands in my face telling me I can leave and go somewhere else!! While she’s acting rude and in threatening manner the young man found rest of my food in the warmer!! She proceeds to scream and smack her hands in my face across the counter! I cannot believe they are that desperate to keep people like Angie working there. I called corporate for a refund and am hoping they pull camera to see it all I will take Angie’s advice and will never order from there again. I felt like I was going to get into a physical altercation over my order that I didn’t receive! I paid almost 90 bucks to feed my family to be treated like I was an inconvenience! Never again Angie and enjoy your career with Pizza Hut I am not letting her get away with this!

I ordered 15 pizzas for a group of about 40 guests for my 40th birthday 90s dance party. It was the bomb and everybody loved the pizza! The staff were friendly upon pickup and everything was just as ordered! Thank you Pizza Hut staff!

I tried to order over the phone, the call was sent to a third party call center unbeknownst to me. The call ended after i gave my debit info and when i called back and was transferred to the store. They had no record of my order. They said they couldn't do anything but wait to see if it comes through. I called back and tried to speak to the call center and they hung up. I called them again and a guy took my number and was able to give the address i was having it delivered to then the call ended. I called again and a lady picked up and said she couldn't hear me even though she kept saying hello to my hello. Ive locked my debit card because this seems like a scam. Do not trust this third party or this location with your debit info because they don't know nothing about nothing. Never again!

I ordered six pizzas and two double orders of breadsticks on a Friday night at about 7:40. The estimated wait time was 35-45 minutes, which was fine. The driver showed up within the anticipated timeframe.Given that it was eight boxes, we started passing them inside and realized quickly that two pizzas were missing. I tried to run out and flag down the driver but he pulled away. Inside, I immediately got on the phone. So apparently Pizza Hut uses a call center now. I got a human who then transferred me to this location, and I was put on hold. After about 10 minutes, a friend of mine called on a different line and went through the same process — call center, transferred, put on hold. I finally got through on the first line at 15 minutes and a woman answered the phone asking if it was for pickup or delivery. I began to explain that I had just had an order delivered and there were missing items, and she hung up. She also hung up on the friend who was also on hold.I tried calling yet again and was put on hold again. At this point, I decided to drive to the store. I was still on hold when I arrived. The woman at the front counter asked if it was for pickup or delivery. I explained the situation — we were missing two items, we tried calling repeatedly and were hung up on, and so I decided to come in person. I brought the receipt we had gotten 30 minutes prior. Her first question was “Where’s the rest of the order?”. I reiterated to her that we had gotten delivery, and that it was at the house. She then asked “Well how do I know what’s missing?”. It was weirdly accusatory, like I drove all the way to the store with the receipt just to lie about two pizzas? I told her it was two items, one pep and one cheese pizza, and she went to the back and finally started making them. While I was standing there, the woman at the counter said “It’s so nice without all those phones going off, I’m glad we turned them off”. I was dumbstruck. I worked at both Dominos and Pizza Hut for years and we never turned off phones, not even when were understaffed during a rush. If anything, we turned off online ordering because we couldn’t communicate the wait time/understaffed issue to customers.I waited for her to make them (funnily, the delivery driver came back while I was waiting, didn’t seem to recognize me, lol). I got the pizzas and left. It was just a really bad experience and the lack of empathy made it even worse.
