I don't generally have complaints about the food quality of Pizza Hut but the last pizza I ordered was HORRIBLY salty and nearly inedible. I've been struggling to eat it so I don't waste $12 plus fees on a pizza that tastes like sodium poisoning but I probably won't be ordering from here anymore. I really hate the Ohio standard of food quality even in franchises. It's honestly fine usually but I got the hot honey wings and they were literally just honey barbecue and the pizza is legitimately difficult to enjoy. I have no idea why this pizza arrived so salty - I got a medium cheese with the garlic Parm sauce - as I've ordered this multiple times and it's never been so bad. There's just no part of that recipe that should be giving "seasoned literally with salt and nothing else." Pizza doesn't need extra salt. How do you ruin pizza as a pizza chain?? It's franchised! All you have to do is FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS.Anyway it was pretty bad and I'm pretty sure I'm crossing Pizza Hut off of my list of "Ohio Safe Bets" when it comes to food. I stg this entire state cooks like they hate food and they hate you too.

They accidentally burned my breadsticks, but what stood out to me was their professionalism in handling the situation. They promptly informed me of the mistake and didn't hesitate to remake my breadsticks, ensuring they were perfect this time. Managers hang up the phone trying to place a order , very un professional , health department violations , store need to be inspections or closed, permanent to save its customers from getting sick, Pizza hut closed do to health department violation of public heath and saftey greasy wall near pizza dough prep area on celling dripping into ,pizza the greasy dishwasher and racks are filled with greasy ,was fired due to standing up for myself and letting the company know I wasn't going to put any more toxic work environment to stop the the toxic managers Angela ,James ,jacccob , don't wash there hands when preparing for health from changing trash bags to going straight ove to making orders theres caked greasy on the dish washer save you selfs and don't get sick here ive seen it all operations and food preparing very dangerous to eat , just because i don't work there now I can tell the truth of there hidden operations out of public eyes this business is under health department all the corporate managers heard i don't like to work in toxic work environments and toxic management an they told corporate at least the truth is out there now and I don't have to worry, about there abuse anymoreAngela is nice to public till you get pick up your order micro managers work here .
The managers and staff are excellent top notch. But... Being a driver here is terrible. Unfortunately I get better tips from Doordash at the exact same addresses facts. Overall they pay everyone poorly. It translates into poorer quality.
