Stopped for lunch, really haven't had Rallys in years so thought it would be as good as I remembered. Well, was wrong! We ordered 1 burger, 1 chicken sandwich, fries and mozarella sticks with ranch. Pulled around and had to wait on food, no big deal. Went to eat and we had 2 burgers and no ranch. I looked at tag on bag and he didn't even take the order right which explains the 2 burgers. We got 2 sandwiches that we didn't even order, they got the fries and cheese sticks right but I have no idea where he came up with these sandwiches. According to the menu, they weren't even made right...there was a hodge podge of toppings....it was a mess and a waste of $23! The oil is definitely old, the fries and cheese sticks had an old oil taste for sure....gross. Definitely won't go back, stomach ache in a bag.

THIS LOCATION SUCKS!! Always being told it's gonna be a 15 minute wait because the person gotta get change! That ridiculous!! Then they say go wait in parking lot. That's foolishness!!I been told this on several visits. How bout getting your till together beforehand?? Even though I DO NOT wait it's such a big inconvenience!! If you're on a lunch break or in a time crunch BEWARE!!! Do not go there unless you wanna be super late to where your going!!!

First time there and John was working he was so helpful and so polite. I really hope that the Managers appreciate John cause honestly he is too good to be working at any fast food restaurant.
