We love going to Alexander Pierce for dinner, my wife and I usually go about four times a year and it never fails. Brittany was a terrific server and the food was spot on great. I will continue to go forever. We will be revisiting this weekend with my mom and dad, so double treat for us

This was an unfortunate experience for us. We had great service in the coat room minus the entree issue. The drinks were fantastic. The appetizers were wonderful unfortunately, after our salad, our steaks never came out. It was an hour after our salad. It was at this point that we did just request our check and pay for what we had and also paid for the steak sauce that we never used, our server at the bar did get a wonderful tip. I'm just not sure that I can go back after what happened. There are a number of very good steakhouses in the area that don't have this issue, including Red, Ken Stewart's, Fleming's, Marble Room, and others. Tne manager showed remorse, but it was past what we were really wanting to wait.

We love Alexander Pierce! We have been here multiple times and the food and service is excellent every time. The speakeasy-like atmosphere is fun and unique. This time we took a tour of the site including the theater rooms, vault room and the VIP section. If you are looking for a high end dinner, this is your place.

This is our favorite place in Akron to go to for special occasions. The food and service is always on point and it has the coolest vibe and decor. Oh and save room for their chocolate cake - if you love chocolate it's a must plus it's the biggest piece of cake I've ever seen served in a restaurant!

The food was absolutely delicious, everything was so flavorful and fresh. Highly recommend any of the salads as starters. The lobster was cooked to taste and with encapsulating flavors. The service was stellar and the staff very welcoming and accommodating for our guests needs. Top tier service and quality and delicious food. The ambience was personal and intimate. Very loud. Should not have to shout across the table for my husband to hear me. Service was excellent as was the spinach salad, sirloin steak and loaded baked potato. However, the lemon martini was in a very small glass and really not much taste. I switched to a different drink. Dessert selection was minimal but we chose the carrot cake and it was very good. This questionnaire asked about ambiance. We were seated at a table/booth in a corner so I'd say no ambiance.

Rebecca was our server , she was fantastic!!!. The dinner and dessert were both delicious and very tasty. We will be back. Yes we let others know how great your restaurant is. Had to ask for our waiter after 15 min of waiting. Asked fir a booth the hostess wouldn't accommodate us. Another couple came in Asked for a booth the manager accomodated them. Food was ok

The service was great, drinks, and atmosphere were great, but the food was not worth what the bill was. $100 for a lobster tail that was overcooked was quite disappointing. Ordering the special and being individually charged for each thing was also surprising. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Reservation at 6 arrived and were greeted and seated promptly . Our waitress Chelsea did a great job telling us about all the features and answering all our questions. She was knowledgeable about all the dishes and the preparation. Drinks starters and entree were delivered in a timely fashion . Everything was delicous, we had the seafood trio pork chop and a feature stuffed chicken paprikash with fresh made gnocchi . The sides Brussels whipped potatoes thank you for a wonderful evening .
We had an amazing experience,private dining plus private movie theater! It was the best christmas gift I ever gave my dad. The food was fantastic, the chef is very creative, you do pay for the experience but it is worth it. They do cater to gluten sensitive, vegetarian, great wines, top of the line, good local beers, fun mixed drinks. Have a popcorn with your movie! We wish would have left time to visit the speakeasy! Overall staff was so attentive and genuinely passionate about the food and atmosphere. I give 5 starts over and over and will be back!
We reserved a 6 person viewing suite for my wife's birthday. The server and other staff members were very attentive. The room was perfect for a small group to have conversation and enjoy a movie. The food was delicious and drinks were amazing too!

The restaurant was very charming. It was tucked away with a back entrance. That and the decor/vibe was reminiscent of a speak easy back in the day. We loved that about it. The service was great and the menu selection was more than adequate. The food was great, however, we shared feedback that they were a bit too heavy with the salt. In particular, the calamari and the scallop entree were so very salty that we could not finish either. Admittedly, I salt my dishes lightly but my husband is not at all sensitive to salt and often adds more. Unfortunately, the dishes were even too salty for him. The manager was a class act and received our feedback with kindness.

Excellent meal. We went with friends for a New Years Dinner. The service was great from the moment we walked through the door. The food was perfect and we were able to close the evening with a tour since it is more than just a restaurant. This is a definite hidden gem of Akron.
