Food was pretty okay as Steak and Shakes go, but the restaurant was filthy. All tables were dirty, trash and spilled ingredients on the floor, sticky booths, and a long black hair in my daughter's cheese fries. There were 4 people working on a slow day. They need at least two more on shift to clean this place.

Meat is spoiled. The smell of the burger I ordered yesterday afternoon thru the drive thru had the most rancid smell. I threw it out the window. Total waste of money. Also employees wear dirty uniforms and playing on their phones. Place seems unsanitary. Don't go to this location unless you want to get sick.

Me and my boyfriend come here once in a while and it’s always been a great experience. The food comes out fast and the employees are always willing to help. The manager also seems to be on top of things and always makes sure we are satisfied with our experience.

This was a disappointing experience. The sandwich was ok, the fries were not great, and the shake tasted like they left the toppings out open on the counter for a week. Overall not great.

Got food here today. The fries were cold. The milkshake wasn’t made all the way, took nearly 20 minutes before I could start drinking it. This place used to be great, and I mean great about 5-7 years ago. Just not what it used to be I guess. Would rather spend my money somewhere else.

When we first walked in, everyone seemed like we were bothering them. I ordered a frisco melt and cheese fries, my friend ordered a bbq burger and onion rings. He got my fries, i got his onion rings, had to send the fries back for them to cover them with cold cheese. My friend literally choked on his burger. The only thing not disappointing was my bottle of water. Not to mention every table was dirty.
