My 2 year old and her dad came in to eat and it was about 730 800 at night last week and we sat and ate when I got the food from the workers the older lady that was working I believe she wore glasses she instantly rubbed us the wrong way was just pure rude well before we left he went to change my 2 year olds diaper as soon as he went in she said she was going to mop the bathrooms and seen them walk in the bathroom and got attitude like hell she was very unprofessional and rude I work in restaurants and that is not how u act or treat customers

I usually don’t rate chain restaurants but this subway stands out from most. Firstly all the ingredients were fresh and very neat, it didn’t give you that sat out for hours vibe. Both workers I spoke with were very friendly and accommodating. Lastly, this was hands down the cleanest subway I’ve ever been in.

I just left this subway this morning at 9:20 am December 2 2023, A young lady with dark black hair and glasses started off rushing, no hair net, putting cookies on the rack with no gloves, did not was her hands just dried them with the sandwich paper, put on gloves walk away to the back and then came back and asked what I needed, I then tell her what I want and the sandwich was so sloppy it was ridiculous, I also asked for plenty of south west sauce and she squeezed it so hard almost the whole bottle came off on my sub, she then just wrapped it up slovenly sloppy. I took the sub back and requested my money and she had the nerve to have an attitude. This place is clean but this worker is nasty.

what a terrible experience - bag ripped and everything fell out in parking lot. Got home no tomatoes on salad and no salad dressing. Horrible app for ordering food.. can not take stuff off subs you order. can not just build your own sub.

Barb & crew are amazing. Keep in mind this subway is one of the busiest in the area. With that being said, the crew still does an amazing job accommodating their customer's needs. They all deserve raises!

I am Handicap, they leave the entrance door locked from the inside so you cannot exit. You must go to the other end of the building to exit. I brought this to the attention of the shift leader and my food was taken from me and thrown in the garbage and my payment was thrown at me and I was told to get out. I tried to explain why I was parked in the area I was parked in. The only door that was open for me to enter was different from before.So being Handicap and not able to walk long distance, I parked closer to the building.I hope this woman never treats another customer the way she did me.I even went to get subs a few weeks ago, the trainee burnt my sandwich. Being they were extremely busy and I declined for my sandwich to be remade, because they were so busy.I will not spend another penny in this establishment. The dark haired lady that calls everyone honey or sweetie constantly.From spto employees she treats her coworkers terribly also. She needs a new job, preferably not in food service.There is an email on the way to corporate.I would consider her as very hostile.

Went to the one on east market at 9pm. Used the coupon for the 3 footlongs for $17.99. The tall blonde was mad people were coming in and she had to stop doing dishes in the back. "Are you F'n serious!?!" Was what she said when 2 people came in after I did.

The girls that were working tonight (3/5/23) were amazing. Very sweet and very patient. They deserve a shout out. I didn't catch all the names bc I was frazzled but I know one was Heather. So thank you ladies.
