This Subway never has to worry about me coming back. The lack of respect and poor service is unmatched. I pulled up to the drive-through to place my order after waiting 30 minutes in line to be told that starting with my car they’re only taking online orders & it’s a 20 minute wait. When I pulled over to place my order online, they turned around and two cars later not even 3 minutes, took a regular order at the speaker. So I pulled back up to place my order again, only to be told they didn’t have any wraps. Listen, I respect the service industry, but the lack of respect and regard for my time & my experience is just unacceptable. I’ll never return. & I’m posting a review that aligns with their service.

The service has gotten a lil better here. Service was horrible last summer... This is the closest one to my house, so hopefully I won't have to go further out now

I’m not sure why they are so adamant on serving raw undercooked bacon. Even at the request of cooking it before it’s put on the sandwich, I still get raw chewy bacon. Not sure if there are people in the world that eat it like that but it’s disgusting to me.

The late night crew tonight must be cranky, they literally put one of every extra I wanted on my sub. One olive, one onion, one green pepper strip…and hardly any sauces.

Only 2 staff during rush lunch. For whatever reason they give the option to pickup and they bring it to your car. That will not happen. Management only scheduled 2 ppl so it would be impossible for them to meet expectations. I imagine the owner will respond with a generic response or not at all because it about bottom line, not customer experience.

This line for your drive-thru that door Dashers have to wait in at night to get their doordash pick up orders takes an impossibly long time you would think there's actually no one working in the building at night that's how slow this line is. You're wasting everyone's time and losing me money every night do better

I didn't even want to enter the establishment due to all three worker's were sitting in plan view apparently taking a break.... that's fine, but when is it EVER acceptable to smoke indoors and while in uniform AND, INSIDE the restaurant......IN PLAIN VIEW FOR ALL TO SEE......:(

Lazy Drive thru Window workers. They took so long that a customer fell asleep while waiting in line and when it was finally my turn to get the door dash order nobody awnsered I waited 30 minutes Untill I pulled off.
