We are business owners and had a hard day after working. We wanted Sushi but didn’t want to drive to our usual spot Sakura.It was a small odd looking location but I was happy about it because I was in construction clothes.There was one older lady who was the only server. There were 3 tables of 4 people already seated and eating. It took almost 10 mins for her to offer drinks and a menu.She brought out our drink but oddly forgot my lemon I asked for but what made it odd was she was chatting up this larger table and selling up items …. While we waited as if we weren’t there.After watching her chat and giggle for another 10mins, I got tired and we left.We can’t rate the food cause our server left us as if we didn’t exist.But I can rate the service: 0When I go to Sakura, I am treated well and I tip 50% or higher. I want to be clear as a blue collar couple… STOP JUDGING PEOPLE BASED ON HOW THEY LOOK…My advice is to spend your money where the service is great.Next time, I will take the drive to Sakura…

Most amazing sushi around! Honestly, we’ve checked out a few other places and Sushi Katsu is absolutely fantastic! Everything is fresh and delicious! Quiet and relaxing is the atmosphere and everyone is so nice.

Took nearly an hour and a half to get our food, in which time the waitress only came to our table one time. Food was missing from our order when it came out. One of us ordered a hot dish that had obviously been sitting for a long time and had gone cold, which was bizarre because we had been waiting so long, why not bring out what's ready rather than let it become inedibly cold? Ramen didn't have much pork in it at all and sushi was middling. Every single dish had mountains of nori for no discernible reason.When we got there, the place was full. When we left, there was only one other table (with their food already) and they were still telling to-go orders that it would be 45 minutes to order 2 sushi rolls. It's almost comical how slow they are.At least the unagi donburi was very good, if you ignored the 1/4 of the bowl full of random nori.

Neat looking place. Solid atmosphere. The server was mostly nowhere to be seen, and the food took 1h 15m to come out. I ordered a hot dish. It came cold or room temperature at best. Even the rice was cold. I’ve never given a bad review to a restaurant and I really wanted to like this place, but it is quite bad. I am skeptical how much good Japanese style food the other reviewers have actually had. Or if they have ever eaten at an actual quality restaurant. This ain’t it.The eel bowl was warmer and was decent, but not for how long it took.

Service absolutely horrible. It took 10 minutes before we even got our drink order taken. There was only one other table there and they just got their food. The wait to get food is even worse. After an hour wait for two rolls, everything tasted so awful. Fish with fridge taste, awful ramen, and don’t even get me started with their salty and nasty seaweed salad. I’ve had seaweed salads from hundreds of different Japanese places and this was the worst I’ve ever had. $66 for two and everything was awful. Having to hail down the waitress just to give us napkins. Waitress never once asked how was anything just here’s the check and bye. Save your money and go somewhere else in Fairlawn. This place has gone downhill so fast.
