Forgot my avocado ranch sauce. Dining room still closed. Refused to come to door and hand me avocado ranch (THAT YOU PAT EXTRA FOR) and just signal for me to use drive-thru again with 5 cars in line for sauce I should have gotten the first time. Absolutely not. I called, 4 workers can stare at me but can't answer the phone. You're paying them? For what?

This store should be an example to all of the other Taco Bell stores. (Especially to the store on Wooster road in Barberton, that one is absolutely horrible. In every single way). The workers at this store are friendly, fast, efficient, and even funny at times. The orders that I get are always ready I'm always giving a smile I just can't say enough good things about this store. Most Taco bells around here you walk in and you smell a nasty smell. I don't know for sure what it is whether someone used a month old mop water ,or if the mats had not been changed and it was just due to that, but they stink. Except for this one, this one is clean, fresh, delicious,and helps you anticipate eating the food.Thank you for all of your great service guys.

They always get my order right even though I ask for no beans and extra sauce.It has the atmosphere of a Taco Bell situated across the street from a once renowned, now defunct mall which is now a city- block- sized Amazon fulfillment center.
Just too many bad experiences from many of these stores. Every item I've ever ordered from here it was half the item I expected. There was many times when I swore off going back to Taco Bell and went anyway and almost got no so called main ingredient meat. I mean almost none. I did this to different locations and it seem to be not only this store but all over different areas. I personally believe it's what is being part of their training. Just not worth going to, unless you expect less than what's pictured.

Worst taco bell preordered on app 1 hour prior. I walk in 3 employees sitting in dining room. One wearing fuzzy slippers and a blanket talking trash about customers. Said they didnt get order wouldnt make order without checking the email. Bad attitudes and 20 mins to make our order. Inside store was dirty and thry were playing jokes on customers in drive through. Do not come here food was terrible and cold.

This was, by far, the most disgusting Taco Bell I have ever been in. The floors were filthy, the tables were covered in bits of discarded food, and the chairs had food bits and hair on them. It was genuinely so gross I did not even want to sit down in the restaurant, nor touch my food with my hands after having ordered with the touch screen. The food itself was fine, I suppose. I would note though that the cups and lids we were given were covered in the cinnamon sugar coating used for dessert items. Overall, this was one of my worst experiences at a fast food restaurant and I'd advise you to stay far away!!

Every time I go through drive-through there is usually a young girl with a cordless ear phone in one ear or an older lady who’s blank faced and very non approachable with how she speaks as if it’s all rehearsed and she doesn’t want to be there. I have also noticed a lack of hairnets being worn by most of the staff during a day.
