I don't know the manager working today feb 13th. but maybe someone above in upper management can teach her how to use proper customer service. Or how to talk to people in general.. not impressed. Probably the worst taco bell in the area.
Touchscreen Order station was pretty cool, worked well and didn't take long. Food was great, employees courteous, and the bathrooms were even in good shape! Nice experience.

Food is tasty I hope they can correct the service issue. Often I wait in line here for 10 minutes with only a car or two in front of me. There are times we don't go here for food because we're afraid of the line and wait

I waited in line forever. They take one customer at a time, then they fill the order for that one customer and then they take the next person's order which makes the drive-through time take like 20 minutes every time.
