HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The manager is absolutely terrible and so mean. I could never imagine working with a woman like that. Along with that, most employees talked horrible about us after a simple mistake. The manager DID NOT lock the door, and we came in at around 11 o'clock at night to order a dine in. (also a friend had to go to the bathroom.) there was one employee who kindly told us they were closed and the door being opened was an accident, but he would not kick us out bc they don't believe in that. and he was so kind. My friend and her mom went to the bathroom, and the manager and another employee were sitting in different stalls gossiping. The kind employee knocked on the door, and she screamed at him, stomping out of the restroom. then sassily telling us how the dine in was closed. she then stomped back into the restroom to gossip again. my FEMALE friends went to the men's restroom to avoid her horrible attitude, which DISGUSTED the manager. Then she gossiped with the other dive in workers about how annoying we were, and while there were 10 cars in the drive thru, none of them were doing anything. THEN they gave us all the wrong food in the drive thru!! NEVER EVER COME HERE!!!!
So my mom went to get food and first off there was a hair on the Mexican pizza so then we called and they had an attitude on the phone. After we told them what happened they just straight up hung the phone up. I would give service a 0 star if

We have lived her for over 4 years and we grab food here at least once a month (if not more), and there has only ever been 1 time that everything was in the bag. Don't bother letting Taco Bell know...they won't respond. Just check your bags!

First off, it took us 30 plus minutes to get through the drive-thru. When I placed my order, the associate seemed highly disinterested in helping me and even sighed multiple times during my order. After the order was placed and i pulled up to the window, I received the wrong drink with my order, which the associate did correct. However, the associates could be heard cussing and being very unprofessional. The girl at the window was making weird grunting and groaning noises which made me think that I was a nuisance to her and I was extremely uncomfortable. After receiving the food and getting home to eat, I found several issues with my food. The Chicken Soft Taco Supremes were regular tacos without the sour cream and tomatoes, the large taco fries were regular size instead, the cheese quasedilla was not cooked all the way, and my drink lid was not on all the way and I spilled some on me while taking drink. I don't normally leave reviews but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant and something needs to be said.

This is the best TACO BELL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. ALSO FOR IT TO BE LATE NIGHT AS WELL MAKES IT EVEN A BETTER TOP NOTCH EXPERIENCE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I love this location! I’ve had a couple times with waiting in line for a ridiculous amount of time. But their food is usually on point and they have very friendly service!
