I had a cheeseburger on a gluten free bun that they toasted for me and fried.My husband had a 1/2 slab of ribs and mac n cheese. We both enjoyed our meals abd service.

Food was good as usual, and the restaurant had a nice ambiance to it. The service was unusually slow for a Sunday considering there were only 3 tables. The 4 of us only got appetizers so it wasn't a huge order.

Multiple times I place a take-out order, only to find out that several items are missing. Only one couple eating there at the time, so being busy isn't the reason. They just can't get it right

Went here for lunch while I got my oil changed. They were not busy at all, I was able to sit and have a decent meal while waiting for my car. The server was prompt and courteous and didn't mind me sitting there for an hour waiting. The food was pretty good and she kept my drink filled. Good place to eat.

The food was good and hot but the servers/ hosts were slow and took forever just to get our drinks. Would never see any of the waitresses walking around. We only saw one person doing their job of whom I believe was the manager named Tim. He was very polite and seemed to be the only one who cared about their job.

I'm just leaving the restaurant now and it was the worst experience I've ever had a TGI Friday. We ordered wings, app and a kids meal. I got one glass of water the whole meal, my grandson's meal was half gone by the time the wings came out (Luke warm at best) and to top it off 3 tables that ordered after our table got their meals before we did. Not sure I'll ever be coming back to this TGI Friday.

This was the worst location I've ever been to. Some in our party didn't get their food for an hour when everyone else had eaten. The food was not good, and so many with us just sent their food back and asked for it to be removed from their bill. Very disappointing.

Went there at 12 o'clock on a Friday for lunch. Stood there and waited to be seated, not a single server or hostess any where to be found. Eventually said forget it and left. Definitely don't reccomend this place!!!

Three orders were packed sideways, and food was spilled in bag. Bread was under the food soggy and not edible. Was definitely not the dashers fought . Was packaged from store like that. When I called to let management know, he was defensive, and unwilling to to even listen. Order was over $80. I was kind in calling and just wanted them to know. The food was open in bottom of sealed bag. Won’t order from here again. I’d give 0 stars if I could for this restaurant. Again, not dashers fought.

In Akron, OH. Waitress seemed preoccupied. Not busy in the restaurant at 4:30. However, service was slow, but the food was wonderful! It's clean, nice atmosphere, and it's in walking distance of our hotel. If waitress would have been nicer and more efficient I would have given five stars.

Had glazed salmon, broccoli basmati rice-very good, vegetables cooked just right. Salmon was good also, but pretty small piece for a $21 meal. It was enough-just could have been little more salmon. I took some rice/broccoli home, enough food. Friend got a Pina colada for $4, said was very good. Hostess very nice, only about 8 customer tables full at 5 pm on a beautiful Friday. Almost thought was closed. Waitress excellent, service great. Hope doesn't go out of business, since movie Regal theatre closing across street.

the cocktails are better than the food. the appetizers are better than the entrees. for a family of 4 we ordered 4 entrees, 1 appetizer sampler, 1 soda, and like…. 11 cocktails LOL spent like $180 for all of that which I thought was fair, just wish the food quality was a liiiiiittle better and server more attentive- however they, like everywhere, were likely short handed that night.

Cold food bad service just plain sucked. This however was my fault. On a Friday at 6:30 pm and there were only 1/2 dozen cars in the parking lot. That should have been a dead give away. Hostess with lip iron and bad ink sat us or should I saw pointed to a small table. The waitress was nice, took our order, served me a cold entree and then never came back. I finally had to get iron lips to go find her and take the freezer food off my bill. No explanations, no manager apologies, just crappy food, crappy service and a freak show for entertainment .
