I like the place more and more with each visit. The distillery spirits are good and for sale at Silver Spirits. I dislike the gin but I like juniper gin. This struck me as more like Hendrix so if you like the florals you will love this gin. Like the Bourbon. Their Bourbon Manhattans are pricy, but worth it. And the bill encourages people to drink appropriate amounts.We have a deaf guy we go out with (cochlear implant) and they are most accommodating to get us into a space where we can talk.Never have had a bad experience with the staff. They are bright, courteous, and hard working. Tip themI've been going through a hamburger phase and I love them. I recommend medium. They hold together well and are pinkish inside. I haven't had other menu items in ages but those items were also good.Vegetarian options: They are flexible. Just ask.Dietary restrictions: They are flexible. We live near the Merchant and go there all the time. The food is mostly always wonderful. However- they need to find a new manager or you won’t have any returning customers soon. He is not pleasant, doesn’t greet you, doesn’t offer any solutions- no customer service skills at all. Servers and bartenders are nice and just trying to do their jobs.This place also comes up with a bunch of weird service rules- like the bar is not first come first serve, reservations require a deposit and they don’t do take out orders on the weekends…You need to come up with customer friendly solutions if business is going well, not silly rules that no other restaurant in the world has that just annoys the patrons.

Fantastic new place for us. We have driven by many times but the food was fantastic. We had a burger and the poutine. The fries were fantastic. I had gotten the chicken and orzo soup. Only issue was two whole bay leaves in my dish but really good. Can’t wait to go back.

The restaurant is clean and tables spaced so not on top of each other. There is bar side and restaurant side seating. The bar is large with plenty of seating and TV's positioned around. Nice comfortable atmosphere with are menu and drink options. The hamburgers are excellent good size and don't cheap out on options. Good fries fresh cut. Menu has something for everyone. The speciality drinks are excellent and so is their spiced rum. Creative and tasty options plenty. Their bourbon is good not great. Our waiter was excellent checked on us and gave updates on food and drinks orders. Will go again.

Had a lovely night here before catching a show at the theatre just down the road.We had a large party and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The angry pig sandwich was simply sublime, perfectly layered meats with so much flavor.The beer was also very good, seems like there is plenty of reason to come back just to try different seasonal drinks!Well done to the team here!

I have been to this establishment a few different times and the food and drinks are always top notch. They have a large drink menu and the food menu has many different options. The establishment has a lot of tables, this time we made a reservation since we had a larger group. The server did great and was very attentive. Check this place out if you live near Akron-Valley.
