I hate coming here it's constantly a nightmare we ran one in the 90s with one manager and some teenagers. Like what is the issue now a days. We literally sit here sometimes with absolutely no one in line wonder why no one is answering. Then pull up to window to see someone dancing. Imagine how they treat the food you eat when no ones looking. It's hard pass from now on. Also I cussed at because there scanner gun hasn't worked in over a year.

Not the Wendy I remember and once knew!! Very rude staff on numerous occasions and that's why you've earned a 1 Star!! Keep up the great work!!

I originally attempted to order through the app, when submitting order a message appeared saying there was a problem and to try again later. After 4 attempts I went through the drive through line and placed the order as usual, attempted to pay with a Visa card, and was told the payment was declined (I don't know why, the card is active and had funds available I purchased gas later that same night) I then used my girlfriend's Mastercard at the window. While waiting for the food, I checked my visa account, and was charged for the order. I brought this to the attention of the manager and was told that it should fall off in an hour or so, being that it was outside of banking hours I waited until Monday afternoon, checked the account, and the charge was still present. I called the store 6 times (at various times through the store being open) and noone ever answered, and the voice-mail box was not set up that I could leave a message. I checked today (Tuesday) and the charge is not only still there, but posted as complete. I tried calling the store again, no answer. Order was approximately $45 and we have now paid twice for it. Wendys needs to make this right.

They seem to be understaffed, the second drive-thru is always closed. They ask for exact change or card only, but don't tell you how much your order cost when you place an order.Servers aren't pleasant and don't care, and the store has been like this for a few years. I really like Wendy's, but not this location. Pity it is the closest one in my neighborhood.

Sat in the drive through for ten minutes no one would answer the machine went around the building saw workers inside stoped a second time still no reply and it’s 40 minutes till close so not sure why they couldn’t answer

This Wendy’s is constantly forgetting portions of my meals. A missing fry or drink, and the service is always rude and short, in spite of how much patience or courtesy you have. I truly think the employees need retrained and/or fired. Drive to downtown for a better experience, no matter how close this one is to you.

Was in line to make a purchase when an associate was so horribly rude to a door dasher that i turned and walked away.shame on your ataff and management. The lady simply asked how long until an order was ready. Did not require the smart attitude and loud verbal lashing she received. Terrible customer service all around.

Could NOT get anyone to help me then when I finally did the manager was completely short with me and extremely rude... how are you a manager and not know when your food is coming out... managers should have a rough estimate of how long it takes to fill an order... absolutely ridiculous... someone should always greet customers as they approach counter took a whike before anyone even acknowledged I was there .... I could understand a bit if they were busy but they had two customers....The whole atmosphere felt uncomfortafter and awkward ... I will never go back...

This place is a joke. Every time I attempt to order here it’s always something. The workers here are rude and unprofessional. How are can you be a burger place and be out of burgers. Make that make sense. Do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else.
