If I could give a zero star I would. The Wendy’s on Manchester rd is way better. The food, workers and speed of service is the worst. Put in an order for drive and they made me come inside. The manager and crew was very rude and unprofessional. I hate this one and I will keep going to the Manchester rd

The drive thru workers need more training on how to talk to customers. The worker was very rude and didn't let use finish talking before they asked if that was it.

Went in to wendys to eat. Only ones inside. No one waited on us or acknowledged us for about 15 min. This isnt tbe only wendys that have this issue. They cant seem to take an order, while waiting on another, have to sit in car and wait to even give the order. Thats why we went inside and it was the same way.

I've been coming to this Wendy's for over a month for lunch now everyday. And the entire lunch staff is very courteous and nice and always has my food ready in a timely manner. I think they deserve a raise!

when i was ordering, i was cut off and told to go to the window even though i said “oh sorry, i’m not done yet”. they forgot to add the large root beer that i ordered with my meal- i got the large fry but not the drink. and then they decided to argue with me instead of just ringing up a separate root beer.

Before about two years ago, this location seemed fairly consistent.However, something happened drastically to the quality. The staff either got changed around or stopped caring.My family's food looked as if they sloppily threw everything together. A cheeseburger looked chucked in a bag.They tried it one last time a few months ago to give them the benefit of the doubt.A salad was not good quality. It was missing ingredients and there was a giant core and nothing but scrap ends of lettuce.A burger was cold and missing cheese.The employees were snappy and seemed as if they couldn't be bothered.My family never asked for something new both times cause it'd be more trouble than its worth. They never went back and wont.

This place is HORRIBLE and will never go back to this Wendys. Just got some meals and the buns were hard and nasty, tomatoes were hard as a Rick. I gave the food to my dog so if you want expensive food for your dog go to this place. Staff acts like they don't even want to be there and the restaurant is DIRTY, place should be shut down.....

The workers were friendly it's just the fries ? we're old and our sandwich ? which we ordered a tomato was left off. But like I said friendly service but some minor yet important details were left out.
