Worst service. After waiting an hour and a half on our order to be delivered, they proceeded to tell us after we called to inquire that no one wanted to deliver. A simple phone call explaining the situation would've been the correct thing to do, but I guess they assumed we would just forget we ordered and paid for our food?

Don’t waste your money here! At LEAST the last 3 times I ordered from here my food has been SUPER DELAYED, BURNT or just missing. Tonight, I order simply a salad, breadsticks and garlic sauce. I wait at LEAST an hour and finally I get a call saying I’m here but won’t wanna get out my car and walk up the stairs. I get my food and only thing that’s there is my breadsticks. She says oh yeah I’ve forgotten your salad. (All I ordered was salad and breadsticks) I’ll go back and get it but idk when I’ll be able to bring it back. Mind you my salad is my whole dinner. Breadsticks are for my son.( who won’t even eat them because they FORGOT the garlic sauce AGAIN!. ) When I call then manager, and ask for my money back, for the salad and say don’t worry about it. He reply’s with, I can’t give refunds and this is what I get 45 mins later??? A POUNDING ON MY DOOR and my salad THROWN on my porch upside down. As soon as I opened, and I see my delivery driver running down my stairs after throwing my salad, I’ve had enough of this place. This kinda service is unexceptional and I’m never the kind to complain but really I spent $30 for this?? BURNT BREAD AND A THROWN, HOT SALAD!?! RUDEST DELIVERY DRIVER IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!

Pizza with flavored crust is great but you pay for extra topping and one without and get the same amount on the normal one crazyness.

I love this place but I wish it was closer to where I live. Alot of my local neighbors travel at least an hour just to order from them. They used to be in Boardman and I don't know why they left but me and my local neighbors wish they would come back and stay.

The manager Heather is amazing!!! they messed up my husband’s food she gave us a freeby & when they messed it up again she made it right!! so thankful for her and her service. most managers do not fix mistakes or even give the time of day to listen she deserves a raise.
