This location has issues.....Usually give it 6 months, thinking the staff would turnover.... definition of insanity, right? They always take your money and tell you to pull up to wait..... regardless the time of day and/or traffic flow. Today, I specifically asked if there was a wait time, told no, took my money then suddenly there was a wait....Not this time, no more, received a refund and I will not return....Best of luck all

This review is for the Arby's in Amelia Ohio They are awesome every time I go there I have great service great food I love the people there They always treat me Good The only negative thing I will have to say about the place is I think it's a little slow other than that it's great food great people

The drive thru was chaos. No one knew what was going on. They asked us 3 times if we had gotten our drinks yet and then wasn't sure which drink was which. Just seemed to be a bit of a cluster back there. Long wait also.

Well went thru drive thru at Amelia Ohio location avoid location all cost when went thru drive thru clearly asked my meat on sandwich be cut in pieces due recent mouth surgery where lot teeth taken out and lady said we be able to do it when got home looked meat not even cut thrown in box and put bag when called asked why they didn't cut it they said not allowed too even though another arby location made this exception already find funny appertly girl manager did it they had very bad attitude

You know you see all these commercials about them having the meat...and they do..but some of the higher end meats are.So so...best curly fries in the business..the help has always been good at Arbys..
Michelle Glick is a Great District manager, with a very warm and inviting personality ... I love the store on Waterford Pkwy.
